Could he play a Craig Wing role? Can cover 1/2, 5/8, and maybe hooker - but where does that leave TDS?Kid is impressive.
Haircut is a shocker though.
We need him in the 17, somehow.
Offers too much, not to be.

Yeah Latu needs to be in the side has good pace off the mark as evident in his try last night you need as much x-factor as you can get into the side.I really liked seeing Latu with galvin and Luai linking up. The more time together, the
better. You could see we had points in us in the attacking zone when the 3 were out
there. Hope it gets more time to gel. Come on and move Twal.
I initially didn't want da silva and latu on the bench together (likely only da silva for api)
but want Latu there. Wouldn't mind seeing it again.
Great script set for the Broncos match. Teenage halves Galvin & Latu up against Hunt (35) & Reynolds (34). Oldest pair in NRL up against the youngest. This is the time they can both put their name up in lights as the future of the game!Latu will get the chance to start at 7 against Broncos you would think...with Luai probably taking the 1 match suspension.
He'll be halfback this week, Luai is facing 1 match.Kid is impressive.

Congratulations. Can’t agree… he does what he’s told. Latu was great for 5 minutes

Yeah lock. I know he's not certainly not as tall but after say 25-30 mins come on at lock likeYeah Latu needs to be in the side has good pace off the mark as evident in his try last night you need as much x-factor as you can get into the side.
Preferably in lock rotation or probably risky but try at centre.
Fill me in on the greatness he displayed the rest of the time he was on the field.Congratulations.
You win braindead comment of the round.
He was thrust in last minute from 18th man and was asked to play out of position.Fill me in on the greatness he displayed the rest of the time he was on the field.
Never said I don’t like him or want him in the team somewhere.
Thanks for the win though.👍
We may have no choice but if Doueihi is right I would have him there, too much responsibility too soon let him ease into the team at lock rotation. With Luai suspended, we'll get to see him at halfback this week.

He defended well in the middle, with 100% efficiency, despite never having played there, much less at NRL level.
He straightened the attack better than anybody on the field, leading to not only his own try, but heavily contributing to the space on the outside for Galvin to kick for Faataape.
His passing was crisp and rapid. His PTB speed was exceptional at 2.9 s.
He had excellent line speed.
To summarise; he contributed way more than 5 minutes of good play. I'd argue his whole 33 minutes was great.
Anybody who saw Latu coming through knows how special he is.I have been talking this kid up for years now.
Benji just needs to find him a spot in firsts.
In his limited 1st grade minutes he has offered more than most have in 50+ games playing for us.
