I thought for sure he was gone after that cover tackle. Looked like he was clutching at his arm or shoulder. Kid needs to drink more milk.

He has to do it eventually. He has a good boot on him, but maybe Benji wants to ease him in as you said.

Absoulutely - i noticed that.
I just love his speed. You always feel he is a chance. When he scored that try, his acceleration through the whole was immense. I don't think many halves make that, and Galvin doesn't even bust the whole.
We have not scored many tries like that over the years with runaways as our players are not explosive, so its a great change.

That was literally his 2nd or 3rd 80 minute game aswell
I hate bringing up the skinny weasel but I can’t ever remember Galvin having as much impact in a game for us as Latu did today

Braith and the guys on his podcast said Latu looks like he will be a better half than galvin and Gus got the wrong one
interestingly a reason galvin was not happy with the club during pre-seaon was because the team preferred Latu, apparently training better, more committed and suited the combinations more

Katoa is the best young half in the competition, and Latu IMO is the closest thing to him. Galvin not even in the picture.
Not to say Galvin sucks, rate (but hate) him, but not anywhere as good as the above in the halves.
The game just slows down with Katoa/Latu, in the good way.
