Lawrence in origin 18th man

Proud to see Lawrence amongst it, happy he didn't contribute to a joke of a series.

Beau Scott was as bad as expected. Doesn't know how to pass a ball and Inglis was bumping him off all night.

I had to laugh when Ashley Harrison blew past Scott like he was a witches hat.

Ashley Harrison FFS.

It's like getting poleaxed by Roy Bell.

That is a pearler! Love your work!

Scott better suited as a winger, cos he can't pass the ball.

Nope, not suited to that either. He is slow and possess no attacking flair, he would not be able to finish off tries that even the comps most average wingers could.

His best position is in the back row, where his solid defence is more beneficial.

It was ironic that Scott had all the good positions to work in a delivered jack all. Gould pointed it out too "if only we had a more attacking centre out there". Lawrence could've had a remarkable debut game had it been him out there.

Ahh well….i dare to dream...

Agreed…I think had Lawrence played last night, with the way the Blues directed their attack, he would have shone and either setup or scored the winning try.

For the life of me why didn't they switch Jennings over to that side? he would've carved up with his panthers teamate…

The 3/4 line next year should be:

LW B.Morris
LC C.Lawrence
RC M.Jennings
RW M.Gordon (thought he done well & great goalkicker)

Plenty of points in those blokes, decent defence as well… They can't pick a 'defensive' centre anymore, especially one that misses easy tackles...

well done chris. its a shame you did not play. but at least you go yourself a NSW kit. those track-suits look very nice.
