Lawrence to fb?

If you can find me two centres then id have Lawrence at fullback without doubt. Our problem is at the moment I can not see us finding a replacement left centre (Ayshford can not play left centre, and Moltzen would be favoured to the right as well).

If we somehow could fill the gap then I would. Does anyone remember it was Lawrence running the ball back from kick returns which pretty much put him on the map?

Maybe what you should of asked is… do we change our side around to see if it works or put faith in this side to find form...

id play lawerence at fb if there is a long term choice to take his centre position.

I'm not sure where Chris's head is at the moment but it's not in the right space to be switching to FB. He's finding it hard enough to hit form in his regular position.

Lawry is one of the fittest at the club. It's a move that should have happened 3 years ago. He is the best fullback at the club.

Serious question…If he is the best fullback at the club, why isn't he moved there then? Theoretically it gives him more room to move which can only be a good thing. Does he ever train at fullback?

How confident is he at catching the high ball under pressure? from memory he hasn't shown this a strength.

IMO Lawrence is the best outside back in our club. So the real question is…. In what position do you you play your best outside back, Souths and dragons have shown their hands maybe it is time for us to do the same

Seriously dudes, this is bunkem - Lawrence is a center and a CURRENT AUSTRALIAN CENTER, his next positional change will be in 3-4 years when he moves to lock or the back row. This fullback crap is just frustrating.
–---And some of you guys have the hide to question Sheens!!!! Lordy!!!!

hey don't link the Lawrence to fullback call with the often logical arguments of the anti Sheen crowd who I have been a proud member of since 2007\.

lawrence = great centre….i must be one of few who think he is going ok...i think we need need him in our defencive line and had probably pulled of a couple of our biggest hits so far this year...considering our back up centres...i wouldnt even consider moving him

No! He is at this stage of his career an out and out centre and a damn good one.

i agree he has to be moved, however i'd be moving him to the wing and slotting marshall at fullback…

lawrence is fast and strong, on the wing he would be another yow yeh or uate...

How many times are we going to move players to different positions? just let this team settle in & maybe we can get a win without players swapping & changing all over the park. I am sick of Lawrence moving to 2nd row & then Rhino going to hooker & then Humble to fullback & then & then & then & then ive had it, leave them where they are picked, The End.
