Hi guys, starting this thread for the members who like a punt on the footy and to share thoughts on all games not just the tigers. My picks are strictly my opinion and assessment based on history stats amongst other things. Tail at your own risk.

Knights are 6-1 alltime at home v the dragons allowing only 13.71ppg whilst scoring 21ppg. IMO the knights are on the improve whilst the dragons are gonna struggle. The tab has the line set at -4.5 in favor of the knights and in my honest assessment it should be -6.5.

Ive only just started in footy betting.

I reckon the Dragons 1-12 @ $3.50 - Bennett's coaching style may see a low scoring game from the Knight's, and the Dragon's may still take their same mentality as previously. Add to that with wet weather expected, the margin should be close so I'm going with the Dragons based on their better value.

Manly Head to Head @ $2.25 - The Warriors have a new coach as well, their young players may struggle initially with 2nd year syndrome and I think Manly will come out with a point to prove in front of a packed crowd at Eden after a tough off season as defending premiers.

Yes I had the dragons 1-12 as well and unfortunately we have done our money. Interested if anyone else has had a look at the new flex multi where you can pick up to 10 legs including 3 racing legs and select say 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 legs to be successful with your total bet evenly spread.

It's a lesson for me, don't get too greedy, I was gonna take the Dragons head to head but then I thought "nope it's gonna be a tight game so I'll take the extra value I'll get with the margin betting"

Unfortunately my gut feeling of a tight win to the Dragon's proved too correct you could say.
