But you are also unsure if on field results would be any better if they were gone.
This is the whole point, nobody is anywhere near certain if the Wests Tigers can quickly obtain much better on field results without them, so why are so many wasting energy worrying about management issues that are out of our control.

Amongst all of this, Lee comes off like a try hard.

He's got the most unapproachable demeanour in those settings (Chairman's lounge) and when he talks, he thinks he Churchill.

Has zero charisma and doesn't know how to taper his speech to his audience. Unlike uncle Nick, I very much doubt there'd be many players that would be inspired by him.

And don't get me started on that stupid hat he wears indoors FFS.

I don't have any positive or negative thoughts about the bloke

But I did meet him at Concord a few months ago he parked next to me in the parking lot, his black Ferrari and my beat up black Ford Ranger...... Lol.

We shared a few words while waiting for the lift and he seemed a reasonable person and honest about the teams situation. Also, he was dressed impeccably, even with his Fedora........

People here had trouble accepting that the board appoint the coaching staff and the coaching staff are in charge of recruitment and retention....like he is lying regarding this.

Or picking up Mitch in his Ferrari.....which is his daily most days.

And his executive decision to retain Nofoaluma when the coach didn't want him??

Plus hiring a new recruitment manager without consulting the coach???
