Most supporters are happy with signing John Morris as the Assistant Coach, most are satisfied with the recruitment for 2024 with hopefully more to come, so what have the front office done that upsets you so much now and I’m talking current, not the past that cannot be changed ?

The administration are just two middle age dip shits who are faking any rugby league expertise they claim to have and are currently phrogging in our club. Because it is a conflict of interest - as particularly demonstrated by Brydens partnership with multiple other NRL and aligned entitles that are in direct competition with Wests Tigers!!

Putting up your business's money that you could otherwise be pocketing counts as skin in the game in my opinion.

As far as I can figure out, Brydens seem to be minor sponsors of Souths and Newscastle and he is not chair or a director of either. If he was, it then becomes a conflict of interest.

I don't know about you, but if I put big money into the club, I would expect a spot on the board. That's exactly how the corporate world works.

I've worked for a few places where there were directors with no financial stake in success or a genuine conflict of interest (giving lucrative contracts to family or mates). I'm glad we're not in that position.

The claim about other clubs not having such an approach is not right. The Broncos board for example is effectively chosen by those with the biggest financial stake and you can't argue with their success as a club.

I'm all up for bagging Lee as I think he has made some incredible mistakes but he's absolutely not guilty on this one.

The Negative Nancy crew which includes yourself are the ones that are so adamant the on field results will not improve with the current administration.
I have been saying all along that what happened this season, what happened 5 years ago and what happened 10 years ago is irrelevant to what will happen from 2024 onwards as we have a fresh outlook in the coaching and a fresh outlook in the recruitment/retention.
It is not going to make Wests Tigers a better or worse team in 2024 by removing or keeping the current administration so why worry about it.

Have to admit that I had to look up the meaning of phrogging and found that it was the act of secretly living in another person's home without their knowledge.

Is this similar to some on this forum that have certain people living rent free in their heads.

Is it possible that the 2 above mentioned dip shits could live rent free in some forum members heads while at the same time phrogging in our club.

Is someone able to clarify the situation because I am a bit confused as to whether the two events could be occuring at the same time.

I have no gripe with LH or Pascoe,I dont know them personally and all I know is that they are the main part of the administration of our club ...I cant vote and I dont work within the club...
Having said that,I have worked in hospitallity for 45 years,clubs pubs,cafes and restaurants,mostly at management level in clubs and pubs..
Having said that,the demise of many clubs such as football,golf,bowling etc has always been poor ADMINISTRATION mainly board members who put their hand up to be on the board with no idea how that particular business operates.....
Maybe the saying that success "starts in the front office " has truth to it....
Lee is a sponsor and I appreciate that,Pascoe is CEO and isnt going anywhere soon and has done some very good work financially,however we need success on field and we need people who can achieve that success, untill that happens these type of negative threads will continue and the disharmony amongst the fanbase will only get bigger....We need a solution and hopefully 2024 is the start of success,that could be the solution we need to end the basket case club we have been stuck on for sometime....

Absolute nonsense. What we do now will affect what happens in the future. That’s how goal setting works. We saw how the board decided to abandon the pathways program 10 years ago and we’re paying the price of that decision now.
Im not saying they had a choice, there were financial considerations, but still it shaped the future success of the team.
