Lee & JP finally lose the confidence of the Board??

So does anybody know what changes are going to bring us overnight success or nobody has any idea but will just continue to criticise for the sake of it ?

Sack Pascoe, sack Lee, blah blah blah.
We just have to endure another coupla months of window dressing pretend review until the findings of one board member targeting his enemies is released.

We've all discussed this for 12 years... None of us know.
Personally I'm hoping the review can find things we're doing wrong, things that can be done better.. People plans procedures

I have never suggested do nothing.
I have suggested to show a bit of faith in Benji and give him a chance to put together what he believes will be a successful NRL roster, rather than writing him off before he’s touched the surface.
If you can believe anything you read, I disagree with his opinion that Sezer was a better option than Jack Cogger, but I’m also smart enough to know better than disregard the opinion of someone with his stature in the game.

There is no quick fix.
Upper management has made damn sure of that, sacking coaches and moving players on like it means nothing.
FFS we had a 5 year plan that we couldn’t even stick to for 1 year!
Now we have Benji and his mates trying to learn on the job in a comp that includes powerhouse clubs who have had their shit together for a long time.

We need the board filled with Rugby League people.
We need the coaching ranks boosted with experience.
We need a head of football who has been there and done it all.
We need these pathways to show greater patience, bringing the kids through when they are ready to go.
We need to STFU and stay out of the media.
We need to set strategic goals and stick to them.

Certainly no quick fix but if we keep repeating our useless strategies of late, we are doomed to continue failing.

That’s great in theory, but not all of it is realistic.
Most of the coaches deserved to be sacked and without having 💯 knowledge of what McDonnell did or did not do for us in recent times, it would appear he needed to be sacked to.
The only coach who I believe deserved a bit longer than he was given is Madge.
You are crucifying Benji before giving him a chance.
We have no choice other than to promote and give roster and development spots to some of our talented up and comers before they are 💯 ready as they will leave us if we don’t.

No, I’m asking you. You clearly stated many times that there is a plan.

I’m asking, as simply as I can…what is the plan? Can you just answer a simple question please. Or just admit you have nfi and we can all move on.

Madge was given plenty of time and going nowhere fast

You've formed an opinion on the review before we even know what they find... Who knows it could be of great assistance to benji
