OFFICIAL Liam Fulton [Discussion]

[slacko]

I couldn't believe the offload for the try, right after his own show and go try. He gets my 3 points.

[Frank_the_tank]

He s the very definition of a champion

[Frank_the_tank]

Also if he was a queenslander he would be playing origin. Or if he played for st George or manly he would get an origin run for NSW.

[hellman]

The guy is a small backrower but he does everything right. This year he is playing at another level.

[tiga4eva]

At the start of this year I called him legless and a lightweight. Happy for him to have proven me wrong. In great form.

Loving the other positive thread about the true definition of legend, but did anyone else see the picture Utai put up on Twitter with him on crutches and an ice pack strapped to his lower knee?
Was it just a joke or a legitimate injury?

If there is one player we need for Sunday, it's him.

Seen it. I think he had just grabbed someone else's crutches. Big Keith is in the background laughing from memory.

Yeah, saw it too. I wasn't over concerned given it was not mentioned by Sheens. At worst it could've just been bruising or swelling from a knock. Though, then it hit me, this IS Liam Fulton we're talking about. Con job for sure!

[izotope]

what a game he had, a season infact!

Fantastic hole runner! just would like to see a few more KG of muscles and he could be unstoppable.

[Hbom]

Most consistent tiger for 2012\. Too big a call?

That would have to be Ryan.
Fulton had a few quiet games earlier in the year.
Got to say his form lately has been top notch though.

[cusschops]

He puts his body on the line week in, week out. He gets bashed but gets up and makes another tackle. He can find the line too. Best player we've got atm!

But I really like his intelligence in the game. Critical component that he has plenty of.

I mean you have to be intelligent if your gonna be small in the NRL. It does help.

Yeah fair call. Increasingly I am getting the feeling that without Fulton, our chances of winning any particular game goes down. The guy is everywhere in defence, often takes the first forwards hitup after a kick down field (winger normally first), and more and more he is hitting holes to find the try line, or offloading to create a chance of a try. Incredible.

[matty_tiepie]

He has come back a better player after his year in England. He plays above his weight week in week out and 1 of only a few of late who can hold his head high.
