It can get cool down here in winter ,stryker, so two reasons.
a) The people who don't stand up the entire game while drinking beer put it on the cold ground to sit on, or b) apart from people who can't feel the cold because they have been consuming beer all day other people put it around themselves for extra warmth.
Personally I don't require a blanket.
