Why did we run the ball on the last when in front by 2 and struggling to gain field position? Our fancy play which got us this far finally come back to bite us on the arse. Live by the sword die by the sword.
 
He looked to drop it over the line. Why didn't they take a second look? That has to be the most bullsh!t try to win a semi i've ever seen. We were robbed twice last year and once again this year.
 
I disagree Russell. Our forwards were good tonight.

Just those crucial plays they won. All their tries were straight from dropped ball or penalty

I still can't believe it. I am literally still shaking…we were terrible in that 2nd half...disappointing way to end the season :frowning:

There's always next year? NO, i'm sick of the "maybe next year" line. You don't get many chances in this league (remember the 4 years after the last grand final win with no finals appearences) and we just blew a great chance.....and we blew it last year too!

Seen that maybe he is blaming himself for the games that he missed during the year.. I think there should be a few more bawling for their performance :bash
 
we were our own worst enemy in the second half tonight….but it just highlites how much of a wank the macintyre system is we finish 4th beat the dragons they are still alive the warriors finish 6th get flogged by 40 survive to week 2 and are still alive......f...en joke Gallop
 
It was a successful year, I'm just bummed it's over. And when the warriors are the one team I don't hate out of the remaining that's saying something. Ps my mate put $100 on the warriors at halftime at $7.50 cos I told him to. Crappy crappy times.

It was tongue in cheek tiges05- but the bane of our existence is our inability to get out of our own territory when under pressure- especially when Keithy is off the field. Woods was also good, but I'd be guessing Groat made less than 20 meters with the pill and I can't remember him hitting it up in the 2nd 40\. I hate to critisise an 18 year old, but you can't win a semi final carrying a front rower with another injured on the bench, and two 2nd 90kg second rowers.

It's not like the Tigers played poorly, the Warriors lifted in the second half while Farah, Marshall and Lui just couldn't seem to make or create the line break the Tigers needed to put the Warriors away.
