Could not believe how quick Milky was up there and onto those bombs, a couple of time I thought that surely he must of been off side. That whole right edge was pretty ordinary. Admittedly KPP will replace Seyfarth which will help but i wasn't impressed with either Toa or Turuva. Turuva does take the hard hitups but so do most wingers these days. His height is a major concern> Penrith targeted him with their kicks and Jenkins had a field day coming over the top of him on several occasions one that almost led to a try.
My take on the halves debate thus far;Madden’s game management was a highlight of both trials and with Luai an off the cuff player, I can’t help thinking Madden will end up in the 7.
Latu has get his body right and Andrews is probably not quite at that grade.
Since Lawrence and Tuqiri.Been a while since that edge has been as dangerous. Good times.

Latu needs to get his body right then set out on earning a role in first grade with some consistent footy. Our halves looked good in the first half, though I wonder who is first in pecking order between Andrews and Madden
With AD and Fainu’s history of injuries, it probably won’t be long before one is called up
We have a problem on our hands fitting Luai, AD, Latu and Andrews in the same squad
I think it might be time we transition Latu into a full-time lock, maybe give him a few 80 minute games there in cup
I guess ? If you call trying to break his cheek with his shoulder a nice hit. Payback for making him look like a goose up the sideline.Cleary put a nice hit on Maka , welcome to 1st grade son
Especially when we almost paid him $1mas some have said i am more than happy to have Andrews instead of Galvin, both my end up having good careers
Was $101 a few days ago.Makasini is $41 for leading try scorer in nrl
He might get a spot on a 6 man bench because he can cover injuries to a middle and an edge player but i wouldn't have him in a normal rotation.Does Seyfarh get a spot in the 17 if there is no injuries?
Yep , certainly a dog shotI guess ? If you call trying to break his cheek with his shoulder a nice hit. Payback for making him look like a goose up the sideline.
My bad, thanks for the correction and deeper dive into our historyYeah, hopefully 👍
Balmain previously won it twice (1967, 1976) and were runners up three times (1963, 1979, 1980)
Wests were also runners up on three occasions (1962, 1965, 1969)
From what I understand of his personality, he fits the dogs perfectly…….💩Makasini is a different character and Benji would have learnt a lot from the Galvin situation.
Benji gave Galvin too much pump up and Galvin was completely selfish.
Yep that cut out pass was pure class. Luckily Mason had the vision to let it through.Mate Javon is a good at kicking goals and did so in origin but just got to be careful with him he had a few injuries no need to rush him
But he is all class and the little things the way he turn inside held the ball drew in the defence then passed outside just half a second
And he has a big step on him and turn of speed
And the way he hit the winger for the try the vision
Not many mention of how well the forwards were.Kick chase was good too.
