That’s not true. Our best footy last year happened when Da Silva and Api worked in tandem. Hope could not match what they did.Tallyn Da Silva was over hyped. Good for a burrow-over try, bad service once fatigued, not strong enough in contact, bad decision making. I mean that last one look at what happened when he got to Parra. Hope was better when he got a chance last year.
Obviously has some skill in this arena.Ivan Cleary QC is representing him

If the bunker was manned with capable people and allowed to do it's job effectively the MRC would be unnecessary and irrelevant. Currently we have incompetents in the bunker listening to Fox Sports call "that's not a try, he dropped it", surprise, surprise, up goes the ref's hands and it gets reversed. Approve the bunker to review send offs as well and leave it at that. The MRC is just an expensive extension of the bunker anyway and does nothing to instill confidence in the game when it melts under pressure.Right decision imo. Look how far down Makasini is with the contact. No HIA required suggests he didn't get hit in the chin.
As far as precedent for mitigating circumstances, that already occurred last year when Critta got a falling Taylan May on the chin. Not binned and not charged by the MRC.

I thought right decision no suspensionRight decision imo. Look how far down Makasini is with the contact. No HIA required suggests he didn't get hit in the chin.

How the hell did he get off , Alex copped 2-3 weeks last year for the sameBoo Boo Boo
But we don't get mitigating circumstances. We get gasps and pearl clutching from the judiciary followed by head shaking and tut-tutting with a 3 week suspension they wish could be double that if only it wouldn't seem too ludicrous to everyone.Right decision imo. But that was a blessing as no amount of rose coloured glasses could change. How the hell did he get off , Alex copped 2-3 weeks last year for the same
Hi guys, we don't get to go to many games as I have mobility problems (I require a walking stick after my back injury & and unsuccessful operation) and the tyranny of distance. (we moved from Bradbury to the Mid Nth Coast in 2015)Both Wests Tigers and the Panthers (edit) have named VERY strong teams, which should lead to a cracker game.....IF the boys turn up to play.
Looking at that WT squad I can't argue with it. There's probably only one or two "coin toss" selections in the 18, most spots taken by the best person for that position. I wish I could get there, as I missed out on the Dogs game at Newcastle Stadium despite actually being in Newcastle at the time and driving past the ground twice (busy picking up my L- plater young bloke's first car from an auction place) and visiting our oldest daughter. I could get Kayo to watch the game but I can't and won't out of principle.
However I'm not going to miss the game v Souths at Gosford. It's a bit further for us than Newcastle, around 3 and a half hours taking it easy. I also want to get to WT's away match v
Newcastle and hit my old stomping grounds at Campbelltown, catch up with some family friends and take my beautiful youngest daughter to her very first HOME game (the one we went to when she was a few months old doesn't count 😝) So far she has only been to GIO Stadium in Canberra (last year) to watch her hero and crush, Jerome Luai😍 and the boys do their thing surrounded by fellow Tigers supporters instead of being badly outnumbered! 😬
Next year I'll take her to a Leichhardt game so she can see games at BOTH home grounds and I'd like to eventually check out Combank with her as well.

Not a bad seat in the house.Hi guys, we don't get to go to many games as I have mobility problems (I require a walking stick after my back injury & and unsuccessful operation) and the tyranny of distance. (we moved from Bradbury to the Mid Nth Coast in 2015)
We've never been to Combank & we want to go to our home game at Combank Stadium against the Dragons (tax return money does wonders). So can someone please tell me where are the best general admission seats for Wests Tigers supporters?
Hi guys, can someone tell me where the best general admission seats for Wests Tigers supporters at Commbank?
(Taking into account I have mobility issues as I require a walking stick after a bad back injury & failed surgery).
We don't get to go to many games due to my partner our Son's work commitments & the tyranny of distance.(We moved to the Mid Nth Coast back in 2O15)
We want to go to the home game v Saints at Commbank when we will have our tax return money.
Can someone please enlighten me?
Thanks 🙏 in advance.
Thanks Demps! Not a bad seat in the house.
Had free tix last a year a bunch of times through a supplier at my wives work.
It is very much vertical and requires a lot of walking up stairs so recommend some lower seats to counter that if you have mobility issues.
There's parking at the stadium or an uber/taxi can drop you off at the front.
I've seen critism of the place, but I liked it.
