Good game from Brooks. Created the try AD muffed. Nearly created a second when the Knight went to the bin. Great defence on our line a few minutes ago including the try line tackle on Frizell. Also made the tackle when AD muffed it and the Knights' player got away. 40 20.

Our issues in attack seem to come from the fact that we have 2 five-eighths playing in the halves. Brooks and AD do a good job in the 6 position but neither are able to play the dominant 7 role. Brooks passing is too slow for a half, he needs to move the ball a whole lot quicker than what he is doing today.

Lots of downers on Laurie today, a couple of errors but overall I feel he is doing quite a good job as a fullback.

I'd be seriously thinking of having

7. Wakeham
6. Brooks
4. AD but able to come in and ball play as well
