I find it funny that we lose tonight by letting 30+ points and score 20+ yet Brooks is the one everyone goes after.

After a game like tonight Cini & Mbye should be called out.

This is my biggest gripe with Brooks, we have field position in the opposition line at after set with Brooks offering nothing. The players lose faith and drop their heads, this leads to bad defense and points conceded straight away

Precisely..... LB is a black hole of creative Rugby League..... if the football goes anywhere near Brooks the track dies , it is just sucked in like light, and is as totally incapable of occurring as light is of escaping!

No god damn way . Our Biggest issue is the right defence . Swap brooks with madden. I’m all for it . But our biggest issue is the right edge . It’s a joke and infuriating to be honest .

You can’t have a lazy guy and a pretty boy in the second row. And centres who are lazy and manufactured. Blow it all up.

12 of Titans points were opportunistic/arse beats class. Combined with a few lapses in defence, we could and should have won that. As I said earlier, we're a better team than that, and I'm glad we didn't roll over and capitulate the way we have before.
It's coming together, the combo's, timing and the spirit of the *team*, the commeraderie in playing for eachother.
I'm cut now, but I believe we have improvement in us and I believe we can improve, not just spruik it in the media.

Can't see how a change of coach now will improve our likely zero finals prospects for this year. Sharks are already struggling big time after punting Bomber Morris. Probably best to see this season out and then make changes for 2022 when we will have extra cap for a new football department to spend if Packer and certain other high priced non performers depart at the end of the year.

Brooks would make a real solid weekend A grade park footballer,....

Im loving this little ***double team*** effort on Brooks by "tiger8" and "tigerneddyk". Two blokes who both *just happened* to join ***exactly 13 days ago*** and both just happen to have a pathological hatred for Luke Brooks.

Im not saying this is the case but how ***pathetic*** would your life have to be to create a couple of alt forum accounts to slander a bloke who has at least put a lifetime of effort in to make first grade and an 150 game career in NRL. Yeah Brooks might have a few bad games but he will never reach the ***pathetic*** level of someone creating forum alts to moan about someone who is actually successful.

Umm Cini is a huge part of why we’ve been so bad. I would honestly say it’s the worst individual display I’ve ever seen. On par with the infamous Manu Vatuvei game against the Eels many years ago.

I guess you have played rugby yourself, if so I'm sure you maybe had a few shockers yourself, it happens mate. Give him a break it's only his 2nd NRL game. Hopefully he gets a chance to redeem himself

Awful game to watch, probably one of our worst.
Too many passengers: Mbay, Cini, Brooks, Tamou, Twal. Tamou and Twal must be the worst props in the NRL!
Refs again made catastrophic error, Liddle caught a guy offside and he still tackled him, even those biased idiots Ginnane and Anasta were screaming 10 minutes, but as per usual, nothing from useless bunker.
Our defence was ordinary, and attack without any idea.
Whole sale change is required:
Amone for Tamou
Simpkins for Twal
Madden for Brooks
Cooper for Cini
Hoffman/Talau for Mbye

The best : Laurie, Mikaele, Ofahengaue, and (2nd half) Nofoaluma and Doueihi.

Appreciate your response. I think we would have scored more points with anyone but LB in our team. Our defense is terrible, agreed, but our key playmaker is worse than our bad defense. He stinks the team up every time he makes a bad play ... confidence for whole team is dependent on quality and confident halves who should kick, run and generally play to relieve or build pressure. Like Brooks does nothing than make us stink. I will be blown away if he is playing FG in a month.

Brooksy never let us down with his body in front of the attackers, and they threw some heat at him but he stood up.... or should I say, got back up every time.

Yea he had a shocker , and really helped make it tough on us . But he didn’t get blown open 2 sets in a row in the first half . And he didn’t miss every tackle that lead to tries . We have zero resilience , and every single game there’s gonna be a guy in the 17 who the other 16 have to carry cause he’s having a shocker . We have to learn to rally around this .

Bad pass from Brooks to Garner

Are you guys serious? How are you supposed to put a backrower "through a hole" if it doesnt hit his chest as he hits the line?

Brooks and Lawrence did it for years and were both praised for it. When Garner was praised in his debut year, it was the same line and pass. For gods sake dont rely on Braith for your football knowledge.

Since the dawn of time and Rugba Leeeg, the pass hitting a second rower/centre as he hits the line has been a staple. Hit the middle of his chest.
