Talau really needs to decide if he wants to be an NRL player. It’s not all attack and glory, you do have to defend. On the Dearden try he managed to make two horrible defensive errors in 5 seconds. Rushed out of the line then jogs back lazily to miss another tackle.

Like so many others before him he’s allowed to drift at the club. Someone needs a full and frank with him.

A win's a win. It's easy to forget we have a lot of rookies playing and a lot of experience in the casualty ward. We look like we've changed our defence as our edges have looked solid. Hard to defend against 12 for that last try and the other tries were opportunist.

On the downside we had way too many mistakes, dropped balls, poor kicks and lazy play. We should have won by 30 but such is the life of Tigers' supporter.

Imo Simpkin needs to work on his left to right delivery, it's weak.

Here's my thoughts on the game. I would love for players like Talau to be exposed to a good coach to lift his game to the next level. For a development club, we are doing our younger players a huge disservice not sacking Maguire.
