You don't need crazy football ...but why we didn't hit the right twice in back to back plays ...it looked more vulnerable than the left if you mounted enough pressure

In Laurie, LL, Nofa and AD I think we have some all-league level gems. Simpkin, Cini and Stefano have real potential too.

Talau could be anything but I really think he needs to bulk up.

Good to win. Not very slick with ball but to be expected with amount of changes we’ve made past few weeks.

Talau played all his junior footy on the right side and looks much better there. Thought putting garner back to left and Luciano to right worked (not sure why hasn’t been that way the whole time...). Simpkin is very young and didn’t have a great game though I’d keep him in the side. Brooks had a poor first half but improved second - nothing flash but made his kicks. Still long way off what we need. Agree with comments re Twal and Tamou- one should start one should come off the bench - don’t think it really matters which.

Wouldn’t make any changes to the side other than potentially seyfarth for Blore though I didn’t watch reserves today so not sure he is ready (also tough on seyfarth who I think tried his guts out).

Anyways onwards to next week and thank god for a win!

I loved the win but we won’t beat many other teams with that showing unfortunately. Dragons were rudderless and our attack very much substandard. There is plenty to work on but glad they gave 100% and got the result.

No he snuck under the fence at 8-0 ...couldn't get back in after that

Just finished watching it due to traffic preventing me from watching it live, but for once we took advantage of circumstance. The Dragons looked good until Lomax went off and we worked to exploit it. We still appear to struggle to create chances inside the 20 but we held our nerve, played for possession and ground them out of the game.

A win is a win and I won't complain.
