But he picked the majority of 30 players signed, and all players non the field, he must hold at least some responsibilities for this disaster!

Clearly not FG standard Talau us disgraceful Laurie has been found out big time the players to slow to respond.
Madge addressed the players briefly than took his staff and walked out.

Gould has a very high opinion of Laurie. A good player doesn't turn bad for no reason.

He's not bad but FB is it his best position maybe 5/8 or half

Sorry to all the Madge supporters, but we are now 5 and 10 and we have no soul. Posters have said that he needs a smart tactician to help him. It's obvious he lacks a plan B during games. What I'm also seeing tonight is a team without motivation or belief and this does not speak well about Madge's ability as a motivator and man manager - like in the Bennett mould. He does appear to be doing good things with juniors and opening pathways. Maybe that's where his strengths are? He is failing as a first grade coach.

There is either no game plan in defence or our players are completely ignoring Madges directions
There is something not right
Our players have the ability
But they seriously lack belief and effort
Now that rests on both players and coach
Something had to have happened for this result

They are all in the wrong mindset

Wow, just switched back on to hear our supposed coach had a dozen or so words to the players, then left the room and taking the assistants with him.

That is not what a decent coach does!
