I think Moses is overrated. People seem to look at his good plays and miss his poor plays. Brooks cops it from the opposite perspective.

Seriously though, i agree with the premise of your sarcasm. Tonight was not one of Luke's worst by a long shot. He looked dangerous out there and made most of his tackles. Last play options aside, he was one of our better players.

Very good defensive effort and the ball to Alolai was a ripper. Cant judge him on the last play alone even though it was another " what the???"

Watching Jake Granville tonight most of his passes are bullet like and at the support player or just in front of them so they run onto the ball.
I hope Liddle develops into a great ball distributor like Granville, witness a big bonus for us next year.

I reckon our best halves pairing will be Brooks and Marshall. I also like IC but he stuffed up buying Reynolds.

Pretty savage seeing he hasn't even played a game yet.

I hope I'm wrong but I think signing Reynolds was a really poor decision.

I thought that Brooks would do a lot better once Moses was gone , but I was wrong.
I keep hoping that he will start to show at least some hint that his control of the game will start to improve. But nothing happens. It's like he's hit a roadblock and no matter how he tries, he just doesn't have what makes a first grade Half.
Unfortunately neither is Benjii. But he's better than Brooks

I think I much prefer Brooks on that basis. Brooks is now copping it everywhere and I think it's overdone. He is starting to provide good value.

Yes he makes some mistakes and yes he needs to improve but we have been looking heaps better as a team and Brooks has been good.
