Good game and effort from Tigers! Still need a new halfback and make Douehi captain as Tamou needs dropping

If Doueihi had corrected his defence after the last game we would have won. His defensive error resulted in the first try.

Instead of having a dig at Brooks, put the boot in where it belongs.

Brooks did nothin for the Attack as per usual

Neither did anyone! For both teams , and the other team is the most potent attack in the game .
That was a bomb to the 5m out and smash them until someone breaks game .

Losing AJ and then talau getting the bin , killed us .
But AD close to the line has to aim up , seriously , it’s doing my head in , how a bloke that big doesn’t use his shoulder.

Talau is not a winger

Wasn’t Talau.. that’s our marquee winger nofa

Fortunately it was a no try but when you go to the line you have to take someone, not run through between players.

Can anyone really say that James Tamou deserves a spot in this team let alone the captaincy? He is lazy in defence, his attack is lame. He is the weak link in our pack.

You are far to polite

Apart from the final try ..I reckon we got the rub of the green ...the Garner strip the ref calls held

The Latrell kick? Latrell stepping out in his own in-goal in front of the sideline ref but gets to run the length of the field? The 7-2 six again count? The unsuccessful challenge where Graham clearly rolls the ball across the ground with his hand directly on top of the ball? Not sure we got the rub of the green

I'll give you the list when I re-watch it

The Latrell kick did bother me yes .....if he gets cited because of it we have a dog in the fight

As for Latrell in goal ..the WT's need to blame themselves ....if that had been another club when you had a bloke with his back to you and stationery .....he'd have been looking for a kidney transplant ...you rarely get a chance to hit a bloke in that position

u r forgetting his foot did touch the sideline.....

And our defence didn't know that one way or the other ..he should got buried in next weeks funeral notices

Joe ofa tackle defence shocking Laurie not much better

Yeah if there's one thing Laurie needs to work on it's his defence at the back, he does everything else well. He's only a kid as his body grows and he has more experience he will get better

To be honest Paws without Doueihi there we wouldn’t have even been in the game to begin with. He has taken complete control of the attack of the team.

AD did well getting a bunch of repeat sets in the first half.

I thought Garner was strong again, he's definitely lifted the past few weeks. Joffo was good and TM went well when he came on.

MBye was shuffled around and did well. Even Roberts looked to be more involved tonight.

I hate losing, especially when I think we were the better team, but I'm impressed with how our guys stepped up.

A much improved performance but I think we had enough of the play to go on with it just lacked a class player or 2 .
Let’s hope we can continue on the same path next week

4-1 restarts to Souths, 9-5 penalties to Souths. We didn't get the rub of the green.

Brooks played well. Doueihi's defence is not good enough. He needs to ask Brooks for help how to make effective tackles.

You must be Brooks mother?

I'm not sure it did, it looked like he just kept in but he should have been penalised/reported for the kick on Garner. He'll get cited but that's no benefit to us. A penalty there changes the game.

It was good to see the team have a dig this week
Not too fussed about the result as I expected to cop a mollering

It’ll be hard for the team to get up next game after that loss

u r forgetting that latrell isnt the size of daine laurie...trying to tackle him 1 on 1 is not easy mate

The bloke not getting many mentions while he was on was Kepaoa ...up until he was injured .... reckon that was his best performance in a WT's jersey

If he can repeat that ...

He has a go though . He’s no Tim moltzen, or , Moylan . He throws his body at the player , he’s just not big enough yet to affect a tackle on some of the guys . Neither could teddy , early doors . I remember heaps on here criticising teddy in defence back in the day .

Doueihi, Simpkin and Laurie. All under 23 years of age. We need to keep these three together in our spine as long as we can!

I thought AJ was very good. Thought Roberts was greatly improved and Nofo tried his guts out.

He definitely did a lot better at centre. Nofa way better on the left. Madge deserves credit for his tactical changes, everyone doubted him. If we give him crap for bad decisions he deserves credit for good ones

And I’d never been impressed previously but I thought Madden looked sharp today.

He has been steadily improving this year. Magpies are on Fox next week so we can watch him again.
