Good origin audition from Mitch today.

I think Brooks is auditioning for Origin.

Looking at those with injury and form he should be considered. His defence has improved, his kicking game has improved. He may Bradbury it, the Bradbury analogy maybe harsh but he may just be playing him self into consideration.

I think you are about 40 games premature at least.

Liddle is adding a whole new dimension in attack

Defensively though a bit iffy

Agree, his acceleration and strength is impressive.

His defence is the concern , they rolled over us when he was on , give him the benefit of the doubt at this stage

Well to be fair it was his first game in a awhile since coming back from double shoulder surgery so timing, and perhaps confidence may have been a factor.

I am becoming a believer!

You in for the fan club?

Throw me on top of the bus with the loud speaker

And the MCK fan club hits 10 members
:wahoo:

Make that 11 members.
MCK has come off the bench every game with some classy touches. Seems to develop space for his outside men. Deserves the best understated and has just tried to make the most of his game and is a winner.

I think Brooks is worst case scenario. Maloney, A. Reynolds, Green, Pearce, Bird and Moylan would all be in front of him, I'd assume.

Out of that group on form i would have Maloney and Green in front of him and Pearce equal with him. However there is no way i would have him as SOO half this year.

Playing better than bird and Moylan imo. A Reynolds injured, Maloney leads the NRL in missed tackles. Just saying on current form he is certainly a consideration

I think he deserves to at least be in the frame but, Fittler and Sterling pick the team. And they both seem to be Moses' biggest fans.

Holy moley - no where near that level.

Ivan said sthg interesting in the presser - "it's sort of rare but good to have some lessons to learn after a win".

In some ways not having a blow-out result could mean we don't get too ahead of ourselves.

Also it is truly hard to defend like men possessed when you are up by 24 points, that's why consolation tries exist, it's just psychologically hard to keep commitment 100% when you are winning well. Also Eels finally got their share of possession.

Today's game was the first i was able to get to for the year and the big difference for me was the aggression in the forwards. Both Matulino and Packer are aiming up which is contagious. Even Benji is hitting hard in defence. On the back of this the forwards are running hard, not trundling up and getting owned by the opposition.

Probably why I was giving him the benefit of the doubt for Lieutenant

anyone know if they are auctioning the jerseys? thought they generally do with these games but havent seen any mention of it.
