Went to Brooky today. Then watched the game ‘on demand’ with FOX. Now just replayed the game for the third time by reading through this thread. Love some of the comments when Manly scored to make it 32-6\. I was just as nervous at the game!! Now for the Knights - they will be desperate 😜
 
Just watching the replay on fox , Ive made a new drinking game, every time Matt Noble calls a player by the wrong name you take a drink , it’s only half time and I’m already pissed he is a crap caller . Isn’t there a mini series somewhere he should be in.

Makes errors every time - we are all tuned in to it at our house too. If it was Ray Warren he would be crucified. Must have mates in the right places or they are being very patient with him.

I was just started watching the reply and the first penalty we received Joey said that we didn't deserve it. Sterlo seemed to agree. It was in the first few minutes of the game. If it was 30mins into the game and we were being dominated for the entire time I would get it, maybe.

If they weren't offside we may have had the space to gain further yards and put in a decent kick.

So what they are saying is if you put a good set of six in and kick to the corner, chase well and pin a team down its ok to be offside.

I don't get that mentality.

We did nothing wrong, Manly infringed...yet we dont deserve it????
I posted early in this thread it seemed Joey had backed manly...there was another snide comment from him later on i think

The entire panel tipped Manly to win.

I don't mind commentators pumping up a winning team during a game but when they make comments linking it to previous games (joey was caring on about a team not deserving a penalty last week) or the have an obvious bias it appears awkward.

Isn't he on their coaching staff, or at least has been in the last couple of years? He was deadset filthy. Made a point of saying we were dominating possession, and that the possession would turn.
