That’s not at all what John’s said. He pointed out he was back for the kick like all other wingers would be on the last and the dogs took advantage. At no point was Nofo blames by John’s. If anything they felt it was lazy from the inside men to not get back On side.
Johns pointed out that most wingers would have adjusted up and come in to cut off the play and make the tackle. Nofoaluma's situational awareness in defence at fault again.
Don’t agree. John’s pointed out that if it wasn’t the last he would have jammed up and in (which is funny as this forum blasts him for doing exactly that instead of staying on the wing). I’m happy to agree that nofo is a pretty average defender, but he didn’t do much wrong in that instance.
Defence 101\. Be aware of the situation in defence. Not every situation requires you to come in but the good wingers know when to do it. If you cannot adjust to a changing dynamic you have no business playing NRL. Nofoaluma needs to learn in ISP or move on.
