lucky that we have players that never give up, unlike some moppet 'fans' who would rather forfeit, us this would be better than loosing by 30+ :bash :deadhorse:
Great effort by Brooks, Chee-Kam, Mbye, Marshall, Marsters, Thompson, Lawrence, Naiqama, Sue, Farah, Pucker and Matulino were useless as nearly whole season.
Nofoaluma was trying hard the whole game.
Eisenhuth made too many turnstile tackles.
Again, we have shown to doubting Thomases that we can win against anyone, with the right attitude even with when we play with 2 excuses for props - Matulino and Packer.
Go Tigers :sign:

Agree …. some of the negative comments on here are just a joke.
Those people dare to call themselves supporters.
Great win.

Matt Eisenhuth says hello…made some crucial tackles again today..

And some poor reads. Can’t say I’m a fan particularly the way he takes the line on.
Having a second look at the game now and will be looking for those crucial ones. Thanks for the tip.

Think its Eiso’s time to sit in reserve grade and bring back Twal, let’s see how we go with that!

Crap, slow service from dummy half with questionable line ball passes, and our 5/8 throwing the ball behind and into players.

Honestly its like its 2012/2013 when we had Farah and Marshall all over again!

….oh wait. 🙄🙄🙄

yeah, nah.

Farah first half was Farah circa 2016.

Selfish hero plays, bad service from.dummy half.

His SECOND half however was Farah circa 2010\. Sharp, incisive, committed, brave.

Still not sold on farah and Marshall being there drowning out Brooks. My concern is Brooks going back into his shell, and farah moonlighting as a halfback moving forward.

Souffs next week will be a huge test. We've come up buckley's with Farah and Marshall in the team vs souffs in recent years - the second Marshall starts crabbing across the field souffs will swallow him up and Farah service from dummy half will look pedestrian compared to cooks.

I don't get the criticism of Farah's service out of dummy half. Honestly it's no slower than the majority of hookers in the NRL. Of course compared to guys like Cook or McInnes it's slower, but geez they're the cream of the crop, it's hardly pedestrian. He still has plenty of spark for his age and I thought his entire game was great today, not just the second half. Harsh critics.

The snipers are out for Robbie during the game if he does one dummy half run or stands at five eight for the odd play. However there pretty quiet post the victory against a Top 2 team on the road.

Agree with this.
No one has beaten the Dragons on their home soil this year and they have only had 5 losses for the Season.
Lost to Warriors, Rabbitohs, Panthers and Storm all at their home grounds.
At Jubilee have defeated in past rounds.
Broncos
Rabbitohs
Storm

And did I forget to mention we haven’t Won their since 2005 in a total of 5 games since.

Masterstroke dropping Twal. Our props were fantastic.

Wernt you adamant this was a disciple thing?

Seeing as how nothing was leaked, I figured it was strategic.

I can’t see Twal being dropped based on form. He has been our best prop all year. While Sue had an amazing game today i really noticed today that Eisenhuth offers pretty much nothing.

I have been saying that for months. Reserves for him and Alioia can join him.

I have also been critical of Chee-Kam and Sue, but they both played great today.

Its not all about Brooks. The spine played well including Brooks, and as a team provided a variety of options that allowed us to win the game and beat a much more fancied top 4 side.
Brooks doesnt have to star, he just needs to do his job well, which he did and his performances this year seem to be most successful when Benji plays beside him.
Its not a long term option but its the best we have atm.

Yes, it was a great win, ugly at times but still a terrific victory.
I thought during the week we were a chance with them having so many origin players backing up…that said we had our excuses too, being on a losing streak for a month and a half.
Being at kogarah was the only reason I didnt back us, hasnt been a kind venue for us recently but that fact adds to the enormity of the win.
This will do wonders for the teams confidence and the gelling of the spine

On Farah, people surely know he isnt adored by all and shouldnt be surprised if punters analyse his game a little closer than most, the media do this particularly with the key positions.
He was good yesterday and has made a big difference to our offence.....there are a few who are OTT though in picking his game apart...but there are lots of little cliques here

Great win and one to keep on the IQ drive

I can't agree with Eisenhuth being dropped. I thought his work rate in defence was outstanding. As for Alioia, Lawrence's injury will see him remain.

A great Tigers win against adversity - a lot going against us but they hung in and ended with a good result.

Not the greatest fan of Robbie but he played well (a few bad decisions but wasn't on his Pat Malone there). Brooks played very well - short kicking game was excellent and generally did all that was asked of him. Packer and Matulino both played well against arguably the best pack in the NRL. Much easier too come in from the bench and play against the opposition bench forwards. Taylor also played well, always good in defence but his attack was getting back to his old best i thought. The people throughout the "Live Thread" who put crap on the above players throughout the game should go to spec-savers, maybe they were not watching the game but grinding their axe as usual to fit their agenda.

Thought just about all played well, I still have concerns about Eisenhuth in attack - never hits the line hard, always seems to saunter up looking for a possible off load, but very seldom does. Still has a lot to learn. We are going to miss Rowdy 'big time' if he is out for awhile - missed him 'big time' once he went off yesterday.

Just to end on a further positive note; that on Saturday Liddle created a club record in any grade of 73 tackles from 77 attempts. As you can see he is very fragile as some believe.

Bloody angry

Fox haven't had a full match replay since the live game and none are coming before the next Rd

They had a 60 minute version

Cause that would be sensible…

Sorry Happ Fox League don't replay the full game anymore like they used to on a Thursday...the 60min version is all you will get...

What the hell is a 60 minute game anyway? Blows my mind why Foxtel bother.

They have a dedicated Footy channel that needs content, and they then have to pay someone to cut down the games by 25% to fit into some stupid 1-hour timeslot.

Reminds me of the old Channel 10 games that were highly edited to fit in ahead of the news; became very confusing when you have a scrum feed, there was an ad, then suddenly the opposition is rucking out.
