Tigers played great today against a top 4 team at home a traditional graveyard for visitng teams.

Can't say their was a bad player and if we play like that every week we would be in the finals

I thought that was one of woods better games considering the minutes and backing up from origin. Killed it in first half, understandably tired in the second when brooks didn't control the ball. I saw him make many effective tackles.

Woods was our best player today no doubt about that the 80 minutes was huge.

Yeah you really should rely on the stats to tell you what happened seeing as you only watch part of the game

Ok champ….you bash him all you like. I thought he was huge and you and some other peanuts disagree. I can handle that, not everyone is obliged to agree with your gibberish.
 
If you think Woods went good or bad, matter of opinion. Facts are unavoidable however that Sue and Ava were again pathetic. Whatever way you view Woods, he wasn't the worst on the field today by a long way.

Ava is already at the sharks and Sue, well God knows. And I don't know why either of them have been in first grade for as long as they have. Eisenhuth and Twal, 5 games between them have played better, getting the players on the ground every time. That was evident today between the 20 and 60 minute marks.
 
Sue - 46 minutes. 22 tackles/1 hit up for 9m…

what a joke. cant wait til he goee to reserve grade...

Agree. Ava and Sue need to be dropped or sent to the bench for an extended stint. Ava was slow and disinterested today.

Except there is no hypocrisy. I'm not a fan of Lovett as a player. I just know that hating on him is pointless as he's a by product of poor cap management.

You cannot argue the stats, they happened. That said there is a big difference between a dominant tackle and being pushed back, or even flopping in 3rd man. Just as there is a massive difference between gaining meters with a head of steam for a quick PTB, and being flat footed every time you get the ball and then smacking it into reverse and being held up for what I understand is the slowest ptb in the game.

The only people who seem to rate Woods are a section of our fanbase, and Des Hasler, mind you Des also thinks Mbye is an $800k player as well. In the wash-up of Origin you hear the same opinions now of his meek style.

Brooks - he was good. He just doesn't seem to have the ability to go all game. He makes way too many mistakes. Heaps of poor passes.
Tui - I think he is possibly as good as Tedesco when it comes to running the footy but he has more to his game. He is a better passer and kicker of the footy.
Woods - he has a great offload but he has so many negatives in the game. Probably the worst defensive prop in the game. It's good that he is going.
Tedesco - great at times. Solid at times. Hog and glory plays that kill us. He could be missed but he isn't worth the huge dollars he is getting.
ET - this guy is consistently good and consistently making critical tackles all game.
Kev - good but another guy who makes heaps of dumb plays. We need better.
Twal/Eisenhuth - these guys both look good.

if you truly believe Woods is the worst defensive prop in the game you should seek professional help.

I might be wrong but who is worse than him defensively. It's a serious question as well.

Ok…, look at 3-2-1 voting 6/6 have woods 3pts. Some people look at the game and assess the situation, rather than individual moments. I just thought he was immense for 60mins and yes he got tired but you do realise he played the whole game backing up after wed and we only had 2 subs?
