Where the blank does anasta get off saying "our" 5th tackle options were poor. HIS 5th tackle options were poor. When anasta didn;t take the last tackle option they were half decent. Great win though :slight_smile:
 
Softlaw mate you're wrong, you're just trying to rip on Anasta.

Anasta's were half decent without being spectacular, while Brooks were poor.

I think that was self-criticism. Braith was poor today but he has actually a good bloke that way.

Austin…. guy deserves a wrap, turned the game when he came on... stepped forward out of dummy half and barked orders, exactly what was needed.

Yep. He was the difference. I have alwasy rated this kid. Never understood why there wasnt more excitement when we bought him.

Anasta's first 2 kicks gave away 7 tackle sets, the one were Akoula had to kick was because anasta was nowhere to be found, most of his kicks that didn;t get caught in goal were bombs that went straight up and straight down again achieving nothing. His last tackle options were atrocious!

Brooks' short banana kicks ran the ball into touch 5 or 10 out from the line or he set it up so the last tackle was right in the corner. That's the smart last tackle option these days.

Completely changed the game, what a champion this guy is.

I don't want to bag Potter because I'm a huge fan, but Austin has to be 5/8 from here on in.

If it was self criticism he should have said "my" 5th tackle options were poor - and he would have been dead right
 
WHAT A GAME I HAD SO MUCH FUN I thought we would lose because Farah and Teddy where out and because of my ANZ curse ( The last 2 and only 2 Games before this that I went to we lost to the drags by 1, And got smashed by 40 by the dogs) Such a great feeling! And then after the game we were nearly out of the Stadium and the "Tigers" chant was roaring my throat needs some butter menthols.

When Anasta gets the ball on the 5th we came up with terrible options. When Brooks got it we were great.

I can handle Anasta in the team but Potter needs to make it clear that Brooks is our chief playmaker not Anasta.
