We did a survey about home ground preferences in the past.

The club know exactly we’re all the members are situated with the press if a button ..

I wonder if they've done that or if they have and don't like the result.

Of course they know

People that support the Tigers that are in Regional areas or Interstate are not in the count as

They need to do a survey at the grounds of non members i.e. supporters buying tickets (they
would need to supply a post code for each ticket bought). This would need to be done at our

adding the members info - although I don't think that is accurate as it is being done presently.
e.g. I buy three to four memberships per year but it is only my address that is on file - not the
other three that are in the Shire, northern Beaches and Parramatta. So that skews the result.

Good points. The could ask your postcode as you enter.

Look at SFS
ANZ
leave the dogs to Liverpool

SFS is in the Eastern Suburbs
ANZ is the worse ground in the comp.

SFS is nice and close to Ashfield and Concord.

Parramatta is just as close, and quicker to get to? Not to mention closer to other areas in our catchment.

I wouldn't and I lots of others that I know would not set foot in Parramatta Stadium.

Doesn't mean much to you or the club but that is fact - hopefully there are lots more of us.

That was more in argument to the SFS idea, I like Bankwest but am aware others don't. I don't agree with their reasons but understand them. Would you be happy with Liverpool?

No, Cochise - think the SW is dead to us.

What is the good of a 20k ground, LO holds 20k - not sure of CSS, probably close to it as well.

30k or nothing to my mind. I am sure you could revamp LO & CSS to at least 25k without spending too much and adding corporate boxes as well. Why do Saints, Manly and the Riff grounds get upgraded and ours doesn't, why are they forcing us to move?

The council won't allow a proper development of LO. Darcy wanted new seats when asked.

Depends what you mean by a proper development?

I quite like the idea of centralising the club away from LO and CS.

Liverpool isnt perfect but it works

Also what about Lidcombe oval, Pratten Park etc. etc. Why does it have to be at Liverpool.

Maybe there are more sympathetic Councils than Darcy's Time Warp - Canada Bay was pretty good over the COE.

In saying that you would be surprised how much they know, they get heaps of data from ticketek about who buys ticket they definitely know where you are from if you purchase online, they have information from anyone who purchases anything from the roarstore, I also wouldn't be surprised if they have access to people's location based of credit card use from the banks as well.

$200mill per ground is what is being talked up.

As Russel said though, his membership was bought with one credit card but three members live in 3 diff suburbs. I bought my brother a season ticket to bankwest last year but he doesnt live in Perth. I'd say quite a few memberships would be bought as presents.

12 games- 3 at Leichardt, 3 at Cambetown, 6 at Liverpool and training ground at Concord

That’s no better than what we are doing now. 1 game each at LO & CSS with the rest at our home ground, whichever is chosen.

I agree with this.

? I don’t want 3 grounds. I’m from the inner city legacy so Liverpool or Campbelltown aren’t my first choice but if the club does decide on those options then I would 100% back it and travel to the game. 1 heritage game at each old home ground is all we should do in my view. We need to build a new identity at a new ground and own it all in

Strangely I would feel less bad about sharing with the Bulldogs, I respect their culture and their history. I despise everything about the eels. The type of player they recruit (Moses, matterson, gutho, Cartwright) I find repulsive

Im sure they do.

Dont think post codes mean anything however.

What we really need is a survey on if we should play out of one home ground.

Getting bogged down in a postcode war will achieve nothing

From there we need to determine if people would be ok with a compromise of playing out of Campbelltown but wearing more Orange in the jersey. Or questions like that.

Well thats what they need to find out. Its a merger and both original fan bases would need to be considered. Considered that is but not have them dictate the result. This club has a lot of fans who have no previous affiliation and they are just as important.

Yes, it’s time we forgot the foundation clubs in our decision making. It’s been a generation. Time for the Wests Tigers to make a statement. If we keep harping back to the ‘merger’ we’ll still be talking about the same issues in another 20 years time.

If it turns out that the old school supporters just arent willing to compromise then the club either has to make a call and risk alienating a faction of the fan base or they do what they are doing now and look for easy options like Liverpool.

Keep in mind it really isnt the club pushing this Liverpool thing its our rusted on fans who just wont budge and move in to the future.

Who won't budge? I'm very willing to let go of the past, I'm not ok with moving fulltime to a stadium that is past its use by date.
