@southerntiger said:Geo I am aware Benji's weaknesses at passing left to right. I believe I started a thread on this point mid-season.
**I prefer a HB that can pass strongly and quickly both ways**. Moltzen cant do that.
@tomcat said:I seriously dont think moltzen will handle halfback full time, this is where the tigers have erred, we need a specialist half back if we are to be any type of threat next year.forget lote, sign a halfback..
@helmesy said:So is there any confirmation of the length of the deal he has signed with Leicester?
@jasetiger said:@T-REXX said:this is good news…
now that he has signed with the UK mob he is allowed to sign with us🙂
Troy
This is not good news. At Lotes age, the wear and tear of this stint won't leave much petrol in the tank for 26 rounds of the NRL.
@tomcat said:well i guess the tigers should have looked into this a few years ago, why didnt they chase carney ?

@king sirro said:I have a question.
It seems like Lote has agreed to a deal with us, but hasnt signed due to the NRL rule. So legally, he could back out of the deal at anytime, correct?
What happens if his family love it over there, combined with the higher earnings to be made? He'll drop us at the last minute wont he?

you would think the trouble the club has gone to with 3rd party deals and bent over backwards to secure his services that he would of signed a letter of agreement of some sort that is filed in the "never to be seen by NRL head honchos" cabinet

Ummm…..that's a really good question......I think the answer is ........nothing we could do.....
If he decides to take up an offer from Irish ping pong.....it's bye bye Lote...........
At least we would still have a tad over 200k to spend.......
