Nathan Cleary knew he was playing April 29.
Are you saying you couldn't?
Reckon Kepaoa had a good game in the centres?
Or Toa had a better game in the halves than at centre...

Brooks has been one of our top players in most (if not all) games this year...
Brooks said he would not be accepting the offer, he did not say he was leaving. There were also no quotes from the club or from Brooks supporting the reports about him asking for an release last year. Crap is written in the media and is repeated on forums until it becomes the accepted truth.I don't give a rat's about the perceived theatre around Brooks negotiations all I'm interested in is what the club is going to do in replacing him if the phone call to Benji is truth as reported by our chairman. There is no reason to believe that is not the case - no denials by Brooks camp. I would expect any theatre around Brooks negotiations should no longer be our concern.
But yesterday showed that a halves combination of
7. Wakeham
6. To'a
generates the same amount of try assists as
7. Brooks
6. Wakeham
For a lot less money.
Those figures show an average of $790k a year over the 4 years, so he was way over payed for what he delivered, so the $550k offer is about right for what he has produced, if anything, it's a bit high.Brooks could publicly show his tax returns and it still wouldn't stop people labelling him as on a million a year.
I think 1.3- 1.4 for 2 years will get him.Perhaps Brooks has watched his mate Moses contract negotiations and maybe has picked up a few pointers on how to maximise his next contract.
Personally i think the suggested $550 per year offer is a bit low for him considering the new cap limit. The club should come up with something better.
I don't think Luke needs to pick up too many pointers, he has a player manager to sort those things out, funnily enough, the same manager and uncle of his mate Mitch.Perhaps Brooks has watched his mate Moses contract negotiations and maybe has picked up a few pointers on how to maximise his next contract.

Happy to just Agree to disagree on this one mateThose figures show an average of $790k a year over the 4 years, so he was way over payed for what he delivered, so the $550k offer is about right for what he has produced, if anything, it's a bit high.
Thanks Hank. Didn’t realise it was isaac moses. I thought he’d changed managers.I don't think Luke needs to pick up too many pointers, he has a player manager to sort those things out, funnily enough, the same manager and uncle of his mate Mitch.
Whatever Luke does or says, you can bet is being carefully orchestrated by Isaac Moses the puppet master who will no doubt be pulling the strings.
I thought we already tried throwing an 18yo rookie in there? He did alright for a short time. What went wrong?Brooks is an interesting one . On one hand he does have the skills (there is no denying that ) but for whatever reasons just has not worked .
At end of the day he has been the long term half back and the club has not made the semis , I know it’s not all his fault but to build the club in new direction he needs to go as need fresh faces with confidence. His confidence is shot and no matter what team is around him I don’t think he will produce on consistent basis . He is at an age where he should be at peak of his powers and he has not really improved since he debuted.
On that basis the club shouldn’t even have offered him a contract even on minimum wage and need to go in new direction even if it means throwing a 18 year old rookie in the role .
Best for the club and I think himself as a player if he goes to a brand new environment
$400k a year, so he’s taking a reduction on our initial offerHad a beer at local
Heard brooks staying 2 years at 800k
No idea how good info is as it’s not already on here and this is where I spread my rumours from 😂
If you 'WERE' the Tigers and you did do thatIf I were the Tigers I’d sign Blake Austin and Sezer from the ESL for 12 months. Target some kids Fainu, Sanders, Amone and we will get by.
