First Man on the spot to stick up for his mates… He showd great passion last night, made plenty of meters and tackled his guts out. I somewhat questioned his inclusion in the Australian Team for the Anzac Test, but I think last night jutified his inclusion...

On the enforcer,,,'Queensland RAN harder,,,,TACKLED harder,,,,and just about did EVERYTHING harder than NSW...

If Gallen and O'Donnell are the best we got....It's time for a re-think....How about pick a team that would be a chance of scoring points.....Who knows might work.....

O'Donnell and Gallen were embarrassing last night…

Pretty sure you got that the wrong way around. They were inspiring.

Besides, what did Paul Gallen do? Run too hard?

Nah they just gave away too many penalties… They were both added to the team to add grunt, but the only notable thing that each of them did was pull off a few noticeable cheap shots, and give away penalties. Gallen may have made a few meters with his hitups, but he probably gave away just as many as well.

Heighington is a solid first grader, just needs to run wider and not run back inside to the markers. Very frustrating to watch.

Probably not, he was taking on the entire Queensland forward pack all simultaneously at once so he did not have time to stop and check if Thaiday is a myth. O'Donnell kept coming all night and despite being a lunatic, did everything and more asked of him.

I'm with Gary Bakerloo on Thaiday. The guy runs like the uncoordinated kid at the school sports carnival. Seriously Mark O'Neill would have looked good in that game last night if he played for Qld. O'Donnell got in and got dirty. i'm not a fan of the spear tackle but he got in amongst it as did Gallen. that's all you can ask.
Another myth i saw last night was Ennis.

O'Donnell is one of the only few players who can hold their heads high from the Blues he was the only player who stuck it to the maroons only if he had some players backing him up maybe NSW would've been in with a shot… Next time he is available he should be first player picked im embarassed by the cowardice of some of the Blues last night while QLD were show boating and carrying on they just copped it sweet... Not only this his and Gallens work rate was the best out of any of the blues and he stings when he hits, he's not a Hindmarsh who does 30 popwderpuff tackles a game... Would swap Fulton n Gibbs for O'Donnell in an instant

Is Robert Lui from NSW? If so, NSW could do alot worse than blooding him. He will only miss as many tackles as everyone else.
Also, from what I can tell, the biggest issue NSW have is a lack of wingers, only 1 in the team. Didnt Bellamy play under Sheens, did he learn NOTHING?

For over a month now the blues have been puffing their collective chests out and exclaiming " we are gonna bring it to QLD"

The only two blokes who had the balls to "bring" it are being hung out to dry now by the very same people who were frothing at the mouth for their inclusion.

This mentallity goes a long way towards describing why the NSWRL and it's teams are a bunch of deadset losers….FOR THE 5TH YEAR IN A ROW!!!!!!!
