So one of my mates Dads (yes yes I know) used to play for Souths and still knows plenty of people there. Don't believe what they are publicly saying, they very much want Latrell.

I'm sure they do, but I suspect there's some truth to the talk that the Roosters won't release him to Souths.

They would also be relying on Sam getting a medical release.

Which can't happen , the medicos have admitted if he is prepared to go through an 18 month rehab he will be able to play again in 2022

The Roosters really do hate Souths though, and Mitchell in that backline would make Souths real premiership threats (whereas Roosters wouldn't really think of us as threats at all, even with Mitchell).

Exactly. Mitchell could catapult them into a formidable premiership contender. He would catapult us into a formidable top 8 side at best.

I remember a fair bit of buzz about McIntyre in 2018. Seemed like he was injured a fair bit of this season, not sure on amount of time but it seemed every time I checked the lower grade threads he was on the sideline.

It was really easy haha...sorry. I totally side tracked the topic. Saw the photo of him with Pascoe and realised he’s taking up a top 30 spot. Barely seen the guy play but knew he’d made 18th/19th man a few times and asked if anyone rated him. Doesn’t sound like he’s anything flash from what people have said.
