We used to be known as an unpredictable team, sometimes putting on a great performance, sometimes not. This year has been our most consistent performance for sure. It was pretty easy to predict results

We are unpredictable, no one knows exactly how crap we can be. You think you've seen it all and then you get aitkens second try, no dummy half with the season on the line and two of the worst field goal exponents in history having a crack from 45.

Look, Madge probably has to go. It makes me sick that the dope who put him there will survive again, as will a bunch of pathetic wankers who have sullied Tommy's memory already and now are doing the same thing to the whole club and both of our foundation clubs.

Doueihi and Brooks who have been two of our best players chocked. Mbye was one of our best. Liddle was terrible.

The coach though has to shoulder some responsibility for that loss. They went to pieces in a critical game.

We need hope for 2022. Madge does not provide that. If we get a new coach, at least there will be the hope that he can ignite something different within the playing group. I feel no hope whatsoever that Madge will suddenly find a magic potion and be able to get this done. It will be a disaster if Madge stays as coach next year. He was good for us. The difference between him and Laurie there wasn't huge. That is how poor some other players were.

Its quite clear the majority of players are just not buying into him as a coach. If he were to stay, i think we will hear far more stories of "unrest" at the club.

The teams that are below us, or "worse" - when you watch them play, the players are at least always playing for each-other, and for the club, and for the coach. It's obvious. they have energy, they have effort, there's sparks of excitement.

Our players do not do this. Our games do not have any of this. No-one looks happy, or plays with enjoyment. It's very sad to watch.

In all my years of watching the tigers, I’ve never been so frustrated with the way the tigers are playing, under Madge we just look lost at most times, the team switches off early and starts up again sporadically in short bursts yet providing very little reasons to be excited.
We lose to An extremely under strength warriors squad, basically play for only one half, favored to win with potentially the season at stake.. and we lose, SMFH.
Pascoe and Madge need to walk away, this is just torture at this point.
I just see a team that don’t know what to do with the ball at most times.
Terrible coaching.

The Warriors beat us, then lost 7 in a row getting pumped along the way, lost over half their team, then beat us again.
That is an alarming statistic, Madge needs to walk or get punted

mate, I think it's just pride... they have the rest of what you mentioned just no pride in what they do - everybody here can blame the coach and all that but it is the players that lack the intensity - I am sure he tells them everything but it is not being done, even if the coach is replaced nothing will change with this mob if they don't change their attitude
