Madge is the first to do all of these things. He is the coach we have been asking for

Goes to show people have short memories and don't really know what they want. I actually find it extremely funny. Maguire has appeased just about every couch coach in every way possible, and now that he has done that, they want him sacked. I know I can't speak on behalf of every fan but there are certain parts of our game that are being neglected - including our attacking shapes and structures.
Think we need to also work on our wrestling techniques to ensure our tackles are sticking and their energy can be sustained longer - as our forwards and overall team are on the smaller side.
These shouldn't be major issues yet every other team are showing improvement in their ability to modify their game plans.

Need the cattle and experience, sadly a miss manged roster over many years now, in some cases been playing above our expectations but because of a lack of depth coming into the back end we always get found out.

I'm still baffled as to why the initial Brian Smith enquiry had to take place and instigate the whole Potter removal episode. We were travelling along quite nicely at the time.

Yeah it seemed to me that Potter got given the boot a bit early. Then again he never coached first grade again after us, pretty sure he was Canberra’s reserve grade coach this year?

Potter never got a fair go with some of the player egos at the time. I often feel we should have stuck with him. That said, regardless of the coach, the pressers all sound the same. Says something is systemically wrong with our club.

Well i am old school if its offends too many of you i will stop using it, i know for a fact that he is called that in some circles anyway its nothing he has not heard prior.
I see him as the biggest blight on our side at present, we can have a rookie come in and play 5x better than a seasoned veteran, and yes have it on good authority his manager is shopping him around as the new Brisbane FIREHAWKS captain.

We have also had salary cap restrictions created from CEO with Farah deal at $330k last two years so maybe cost us one quality player possibly 2?

I am not saying sacking the coach but i am also ? his tactics, younger players do not relate to a spray with the $ there on nowadays.
When the senior players are not performing how can you expect the squad overall to perform an example is Mumbai played only 2 worthy games all season.

He has a year to run on his contract Madge also needs to admits his mistakes with how he conducts himself and the team will move forward next season.

Because he is not performing and a big part of the reason the team plays this way being an inconsistent player, does not lead by example as captain although not last night that fact was clearly hidden in the Media, is on too much money and hampers our salary cap in paying for someone that is paid his $950k per season.
The sooner he is dropped or sold on the better our team will be, nil disrespect he offers nothing as far as i am concerned and voicing my disrespect like lots of other similar forum members. Benji was not much better last night and should retire although he has my respect being a long term quality player.
Brooks should go as well anyone that has been with us more than 5 years and not made the 8 should be shipped onto the market.

Well i am old school if its offends too many of you i will stop using it, i know for a fact that he is called that in some circles anyway its nothing he has not heard prior.
I see him as the biggest blight on our side at present, we can have a rookie come in and play 5x better than a seasoned veteran, and yes have it on good authority his manager is shopping him around as the new Brisbane FIREHAWKS captain.
He does not give a toss about performing for us each week, so surprised Madge keeps playing him, they game Benji the captaincy this week and nothing was said about that in the Media.

3. Drop underperforming players regardless of pay rate
4 pick on form?

Madge is the first to do all of these things. He is the coach we have been asking for

Goes to show people have short memories and don't really know what they want. I actually find it extremely funny. Maguire has appeased just about every couch coach in every way possible, and now that he has done that, they want him sacked. Goes to show how good of a coach all those people would be hahahahaha.


Tell me why he has not dropped Mybe then?
Been playing worst than Benji and Brooks combined.
