Sure he wont play 80 at hooker, but a better option than Mybe in any position more a bench player if want him in the team.

Im actually for a cleanout of all departments, stick with madge for 3 years.
Its the same story with every coach. There's a stench of mediocrity here and it will take at least 3-5 years till your looking at at premiership window minimum.

If you look at the panthers they have been rebuilding for 5 years, cleary has walked in too a pretty good team that was top 4 the year before he arrived, not sure what the difference this year is but every players responds with "baz" did this, baz did that.

Cleary signings here were horrible

Madge/New TM - Have the basis of an inexperienced team and hangover from prior coach. Its our long term players that are not performing.
Marshall needs to retire, Brooks not reaching potential despite a number of coaches, Mumbai offers little in any position Bench only, We have a stand in hooker from another club that misses a game and we lose by 40.

We have also had salary cap restrictions created from CEO with Farah deal at $330k last two years so maybe cost us one quality player possibly 2?

I am not saying sacking the coach but i am also ? his tactics, younger players do not relate to a spray with the $ there on nowadays.
When the senior players are not performing how can you expect the squad overall to perform an example is Mumbai played only 2 worthy games all season.

He has a year to run on his contract Madge also needs to admits his mistakes with how he conducts himself and the team will move forward next season.

The whole spine needs to be reviewed it's that simple, including AD.

Because he is not performing and a big part of the reason the team plays this way being an inconsistent player, does not lead by example as captain although not last night that fact was clearly hidden in the Media, is on too much money and hampers our salary cap in paying for someone that is paid his $950k per season.
The sooner he is dropped or sold on the better our team will be, nil disrespect he offers nothing as far as i am concerned and voicing my disrespect like lots of other similar forum members. Benji was not much better last night and should retire although he has my respect being a long term quality player.
Brooks should go as well anyone that has been with us more than 5 years and not made the 8 should be shipped onto the market.

The club truly needs to start again and the way to do that is to farewell Benji and Lawrence this year. Great players that they were have played finals football 2 and 3 times respectively in 12+ years with our team. They have been there for multiple big games that we have lost, including a few final games of the year that if we'd won would have seen us in the 8.

Hard decisions aside from that need to be made now because if we are in the same position next season it could be one of our very last. The NRL want less teams in Sydney and us, Cronulla and Manly would be on their list to cull.

Success matters. Let's cheat the cap. Cronulla did it, Parra did it, Melbourne did it, Manly did it. All bounced back quickly, heck, two of them won a comp because of it and that's what people will remember in the long run. It's unavoidable that if it cannot be avoided that losing becomes acceptable after a while and it certainly seems to be okay with the lot we've got now.

I really believe In Madge to take us forward but I will say one thing: Under Potter were had some many scrum based moves, blind side raids and set moves that we were exciting unpredictable - I really miss that!

Potter was a good coach ... cut away that Farah garbage and actual see how the team played . The club letting Farah run the organisation with everything revolving around him is a good indication of the leaders ship at the top this club actually has .. there is a reason the club has not played finals footy for just on a decade . The mediocrity sits around a table once a month !!

I can see how that could be argued, Ive seen some positional and defensive shortcomings of Douiehi.

What have you seen in Asu that makes you think he would make a good fullback?

Our best fullback, if you take catching high balls out of the equation is Mbye by a long stretch. But you cant take catching high balls out of the equation, thats a fullbacks job.

The further Farah is away from this club the better. Legend for what he did on the field and I love him but off field he caused trouble.
