Madunit has arrived

Antiskeptic! Or something like that I think it was. I bought three of their albums, pretty damn good too!

Well after a hectic few years of actual life, I've finally got all settled down and got myself a bit of time back. I've wound down commitments with some magazines I was writing match reports for, and have taken more time to do some in-depth research on the games history for articles on my blog and most importantly, the RLP site.

I figured this place wouldn't be complete without me

Oh awesome! Yes, then they broke up 3 years ago and reformed earlier this year. Crazy kids!

You been busy alright. Smart choice making this place your home though.

Welcome madunit. I remember you from the old site and have used your stats page myself on occasions

Hard to believe its coming up to 10 years since I first found these forums.....the heady days of senter, withers, whitelegs, bandaids O'halloran, NBQ and willy manu

Yeah, i did. There is a "happytiger"or "happy tiger" on here now but it ain't my brother. I don't think he could stand the sometimes cynical nature of a forum supporter. Even i needed a break from here for a good while.

Ah memory's. The Old Forum. Good times. I remember my 1st post was being Herbal World have gone bankrupt and I got hounded for not having a source. Was all good though, I realized being new, it looked like I was just fishing for trouble.

I still see many old names on here but these days just do reading and no posting. Tigerpete was always good for Rock Music. He got me into Anberlin lol.

Mad units name is always memorable and Ink you can't forget as he tells you how it is.

Oh, sweet, an Anberlin convert. That's a good thing to have happen to ya. There were some killer, if not hysterical threads on the old forum. The Mods, most likely Sincas must've been driven nuts….Oh, sounds a bit like this place too.

Sounds about right

Good to have you back on board, unit!!

Suzie Q! I remeber you!

Sounding very poetic here.

Is Marys Garden here too?

Well here's a brief rundown of me after the old forum died.

Lived in Newcastle, Sydney, Alice Springs, Brisbane and now Melbourne
Got married
Got a proper job
Run a Rugby League History and stats site
just this month I had my first rugby league feature article published (In Men Of League magazine, about referee Ted Hooper, who officiated the first ever game in Australia between Balmain and Wests in 1908)

I played some C and B Grade cricket in Brisbane for 2 seasons, broke my ankle pretty badly at training one day, couldn't walk around for a few months, haven't been back playing sports since (that was about 4 years ago now)

lol I don't mind him, he's usually got a good alternate opinion to my own, even if I don't agree with it.

That was until last week when he started demanding people grow penises. A rather amusing insight into his mind lol

Yes indeed.

But a mad 'Moltzen is a good fullback' fan and "Benji is better at halfback" fan.
