yEah went the weekend when we hammered Penrith in 2019 ...pretty good having the double headers

Yeah we went to the 1st one and
It was a brilliant weekend .

There was 12 of us that went up , all Tigers and Pamfers fans and I met up with the Toad licker 😂

Cost us ( 2 Adults/2kids) around 2k which included flights , accommodation and tickets .

It was cheaper to organise the hotel bus to Southbank than to catch the train as Suncorp Stadium is 45 mins from Brisbane airport .

Suncorp is by the best footy stadium I’ve been to watch a game by far .

I’m disappointed that the NRL didn’t keep the original match ups for each year as it would’ve been a great annual weekend away .

Dude ...train is free once you buy your tickets to any Suncorp game .....I'm sure I told you that numb nuts :dizzy_face:

Hosting all 16 NRL teams at Suncorp Stadium for Magic Round has been a recipe for success and securing it in Brisbane for yet another successful year demonstrates Queensland's ability to host world-class sporting events, and my desire to look forward again next year.

Former Origin prop Ben Ross is in Brisbane for Magic Round.
He asked a Broncos fan if he was attending the games over the weekend, however the fans response was that he couldn’t afford it. Zac Bailey jumped straight in and offered the bloke his own two tickets..
“If words could only describe his emotions thereafter,” said Ben.”
