I don't get why so many are dropping Mason when he was one of our best.
It can only be because they've taken such a big position against him and can't be wrong.
Nobody has a bigger opinion of Jack Attard than me, but putting him in off of 2 weeks on the sideline in a struggling team would be nuts.

Turuva back to centre where he went well earlier, Skelton on the wing, Herbert never to be picked again, Haywood on the bench with Latu starting at 9.
Also he is a pure defender, brooks is a much better player

I like it. Makasini needs to come back in as 3 and Latu 7. Don't know much about Attard but Panthers people were saying he was next in line to take over from Dylan Edwards so that's a big wrap

I almost feel like i need to wash my mouth out with soap after saying this...I have not watched Manly too closely, will the suspension of Wakeham be beneficial for us? (mouth washed) and they have also lost Takeiaho, leg broken in 3 places poor bugger. They are pretty thin in the middle to begin with.
Word on the street was the seagulls were throwing those early games to get rid of seibs. So not so much on fozball more of getting rid of the anchor! We have to many high quality player out, unfortunately manly should murder us. 5 of your best out from a thin depth team, is just to hard with the new speed of the game.

Wakeham facing a 1-match suspension if he takes the early plea. He will be a big out for them as he was been one of the key cogs in Fozball.
I bet you didn’t think you would ever be saying that Wakeham being out is an advantage to the opposition.
Agree that he has been very good this year in attack and defence

Wakeham has been good. He is no Api, but at least if we both miss our starting 9s thats something.
I think we will go Latu at 7.
Madden was having a hard time last weekend.
No great options for 9 for us. Maybe Jock Madden at 9?

I initially thought that would happen, but we have no goal kicker without Jock on the field.

None of our players facing suspension. Twal & KPP $1,000 fines for dangerous contact.
Until this team soughts the ruck out in defence then the whole teams defensive woes will continue.
Hope can't be on the first 20 minutes or so. Not up to. It defensively. Need more linespeed otherwise players like Koula will get it on the edge quickly and that will be all she wrote.

I'd like to see Latu play a full 80 at half at some point this season and this game may be the best opportunity for that. We need some creativity at hooker. Would love it if that could be Jock but i don't think he's up to it defensively. Can't wait for Api to be back.

Charlie Murray at 9 to do a job, especially in defense, Hope on the extended bench and Latu at 7 with Jock at 14. Unfortunately we need to persevere with Herbert at right center however the upside is I believe he could kick goals.
Yep it’s not looking good. I still can’t believe how Manly have turned their season around, how they are playing now just seems completely impossible, yet here they are 🤷♂️
I don’t mind losing again because we all know it’s inevitable, but I just hope they can stop Manly from scoring too many points. I can handle a 30 point loss, but when it starts getting up to 40 or 50+ it becomes demoralising. Not to mention it completely obliterates all the good work we did on our F/A at the start of the season, though I guess that horse has already bolted - 96 against in the last two matches 😭
