Not your fault Galahs ..if it was up to me I would make you president.

Wests Management need to be a lot more professional…. the 1980's finished a long time ago...we have mobile phones and internet now...Maybe they can ask Balmain ..who do a great job of putting out information.. how it works!

2009 Wests Harold Matthews Awards from last night.

Best and Fairest : James Tedesco : Great support player with plenty of speed and courage. Another small fullback from the Eaglevale club following in the footsteps of Hodgson and Mullany.

Best Forward : Pale Tanumaleu : Pale the Tank, big strong front rower. Unstoppable close to the line and works very hard in defence.

Best Back : Mitchell Brasington : Brilliant organiser and captain of the team. Was top point scorer for HM competition and makes kicking goals from the sideline look easy.

WTF is going on over there? The website hasn't been updated in ages and the forum has been down for months - appalling! You would think it not that hard for someone in management to let us know what happened at Preso night and, here's a revelation, post some pics!??

Oh does the Magpies still have Management…Not that I see them do anything...Anyway what would I know!!!

Obviously there are problems,so why can't the WESTS Tigers site put up a report and DL photo's? This is basically our reserve grade side,so why no news / pics on preso night?

I can't work out why a legal problem over the Magpies forum has completely stopped all communications from the Magpies club, informing members/fans of the player awards, info etc.

It's like you're either in the "in crowd" or otherwise you simply don't matter.
Poor.
Very poor.

Yeah its not good enough, There is some good talent in the magpies squad.i watched all of their sydney games this year, and theirs about 6 players from that side that could easily slot into first grade..

Any news on state cup ?

Sorry tomcat if I knew who got what in the State cup or where to get info I would have let you know.

The only reason I know the Harold Matts is that one of the boys in the team is my neighbour.

Maybe that's the way to get any info out of Wests…....ask your neighbours.

WILL SOMEONE FROM WESTS MAGPIES MANAGEMENT PLEASE UPDATE THIS FORUM , WHO GOT THE AWARDS AT THE PRESENTATION LAST THURSDAY NIGHT?? WHO HAVE WE SIGNED ? WHO IS LEAVING THE CLUB ? IS LEO COACHING AT THE CLUB AGAIN NEXT YEAR ,? COME ON WEST GET WITH IT..

Mate I'd let you know if I knew and unfortunately I was unable to attend the Presentation night.

As you may have noticed, the Magpies forum was the key way we actually got information out as the club has limited office resources. So the website and forum are run by volunteers who rely on tid bits of information they can pick up along the way.

I agree it should be better, and I'd do more if I could but having a full time job and being located in Newcastle makes it hard.

I hear they had a good fair well tribute to Mighty Mouse at the presentation , but thats about all I know. I'll try sending a few emails and see if I can find out more.
