You are 100% correct. I just don't get the negative comments based on the performance. It makes no sense.

As you state it makes a difference having 3 quality options compared to Manly having 1\. The defence on DCE was great as well.

DCE is a million dollar a year player. A SOO and Australian rep. He is quality. He looked ordinary compared to our 3.

It seems Benji and Farah have to be amazing and faultless to get any cudos from some fans, while others get praised for one part of their game, or for simply doing their job.
It was a reasonable team performance with the old blokes holding their own.
No doubt when we lose they will also be more to blame than anyone else.

You can't expect praise if you play ok and then don't expect brickbats if you play badly.

Farah, could be about the heaviest weight/build of the nifty kickers and of hookers. He was stronger than all those ex-greats spine guys commentating tonight on Souths/Dragon game.
