Manly Team...

Taniela Paseka on the extended bench…

I've noticed him on the extended bench a few times this season. Toafofoa Sipley as well. Paseka probably has the running ahead of Sipley based on his ISP form - he's been in the team of the week a couple of times.

No way Turbo is 100%. The depth is especially light at Manly atm. His rushed return and Paseka making an extended bench being some examples of this.

Korisau is a gun. Killed us in both games last year.

Tom Turbo and Dylan Walker coming back from injury. Missing Sironen, Tanginoa, Taufua. I think we are going to play fast to tire out their front rowers Taupau, Fonua Blake, Perrett are big humans. Key is to chase hard from marker and contain Api and hit Cherry Evans like we did Croft and make Croker beat us. I like our chances Liddle, Brooks, Thompson, Reynolds should carve up their midlle. If we start strong we should win we’ll.

I thought Turbo wasn't meant to be back until round 7, is he being rushed?

Like Benji he's very dedicated with his rehab. Whether he's 100% or not, he's still their main strike player so we'll need to be on our game.

DCE was very good in a beaten side last week. He is going to be their danger man, so if Brooksy can keep him at bay I think our fwds will run over the top of theirs allowing our halves to control the game.

Turbo is the game changer for them.

Need the boys to keep an eye on him and shut him down early.

Yeah he is extremely dangerous but hopefully his running game is hampered by his ankle. He's got an amazing pass on him but he gets a bit too ambitious at times. I remember a game last year where he was playing injured and had a shocker trying to overplay his hand with long balls. Nofo is going to be hunting for intercepts I suspect (and he may even have a green light to be doing it)…

Hopefully Nofo just stays on his man (never mind the intercepts).

Um we were ripped off in the first game when leading 16-8 when Brooks was pinged for a dodgy knockon call when Kelly should have been penalised instead. We were left with 15 players when Liddle suffered his shoulder injury (last game since last week) & Joel Edwards failed HIA. We stuggled from the 55th minute to go down 28-16

4 weeks later we won the classic at Leichhardt 30-26 after coming back from 20-6 down at halftime. MWZ scored at the death!

So yes Korisau is good but this TIgers Team would have have beaten the 2017 team by the Straight at Randwick! .

Could be between him and Cook for SOO selection.

Absolutely!!!

Api Koroisau says he's enjoying seeing the Tiger's success so far this year and that he used to be a Tigers fan growing up.

I said Korisau killed us in both games last year…pretty clear that I watched those games. But thanks for the recap  I'll put it down to enthusiasm over the Leichhardt game. One of my favourite wins too. Read my post again - you'll see I'm not exactly giving Manly a lot of praise.
