Apparently he announced his retirement today. I didn’t know he was still on TV. Definitely didn’t go out on top,

Ran a popular TV show for 20 plus years and I’d guess had very little formal training. Only disappeared due to the world’s tendency to turn everything including jokes into a sook. Like many others, the footy show was a memorable part of my upbringing. Onya Fat!

Surprised that Nein are not rolling out a 30-second Best Of The Footy Show so a pack of irrelevant wankers can wear dresses one last time to make fun of people that are disadvantaged and/or have medical conditions. Ironic that Vautin is leaving because he doesn't like the NRL's direction. I didn't like Nein's direction 30-something years ago either when they recruited their sad boys' club of dinosaurs.
