I will be upset if he goes but we gave him a home when the dogs cut him and gave him a chance to excel and to his credit he did. We reportedly offered him $1.1 for two years and he said no, so for once i believe we gave a decent offer to keep a player and IMO it is a good deal for a player who at best gives you 40mins a game. If raiders want to offer more good on them but for that money we MAY get a good back rower who gives us more than 40mins.

If its true , good luck , but 550 k a season is a massive risk at this stage

If we could have dragged the negotiations out until May or June we could have made a better judgement call

Then the Interchange drops to 6 and Stuart says " crap, what we gonna do now we only have one backrower in Fenson who can play 80 minutes." They will look to offload one or 2 big boppers to replace them with fitter backrowers. Poor planning IMO to go after a Taupau type with the current players they have.
