Cant blame Marty for chasing the cash at Manly, our cap was all over the place from years of mismanagement.

If Marty's contract was one that was done dodgy what happens in the future with his contract, do they just change it?

If he signs elsewhere it's really just a new contract. Whatever Manly agree to pay as part of the fare is part of a new contract, not an existing one. At least that is how I understand it would work…

Not sure, he's entitled to what he signed on for. If the TPA fell through and it actually wasn't club driven well I think Marty takes that up with the TPA directly. If Manly have had a hand in what was meant to be an independent arrangement, well they have breached the cap.

Either way, Taupau is entitled to what he signed on for.
