Im guessing Thor based on the colour.

Cowboys are Thor, Roosters are Captain America (Winter Soldier design), Raiders are the Hulk, and the Knights are Spiderman.

As for us, Manly and the Dragons it is still hard to tell, Dragons are likely Ironman again (not 100% certain), but Manly are not Wolverine as the colours are wrong, they may be Daredevil as they seem to be wearing dark red/maroon and that matches with the character.

I have no idea who we are and the preview is not really helpful and the grey is not really distinctive enough. But it has been suggested that we could be the Human Torch from Fantastic 4.
