Referees: Tony Archer and Alan Shortall
Touch Judges: Jeff Younis and Grant Atkins
Video Referee: Tim Mander
 
Half our side injured, playing against a team who has beat us 4 out of our last 5 games and we now have Archer as the ref.

Time to step up! :sign:
 
Dont like Archer but at least he usually spreads his bad calls over both teams, Every week we avoid Maxwell is a good week and solarium Haynes after the way he turned on us at the back end of last year.
 
Oh well, Tigers have endured plenty in just 3 weeks. Time to suck it up and move on, the refs are the least of our problems at the moment.
 
damn shame the video ref is not the man in the middle.
Tim Mander was a very good ref.
as for the two in control for the game, may as well get used to them, it's time to build up a good ref - captain situation.

Mander over refereed us for He was a Balmain fan growing up . Remember at the start of a season RLW asked all major refs at the time about all their favourite things Tim Mander was asked who his favourite players were He answered Wayne Pierce , Paul Sironen and Blocker Roach . Can remember a particular game in Brisbane where he Video refed a try to Pat Richards and it was in corner and was literally simultaneous touching post and scoring with about 2 minutes to go and he ruled no try when it should of gone other way . he was a good ref but I can remember games where would never seem to get 50-50 calls and I reckon that was why .
