I think signing Ballin is a waste of money in the cap, just because Robbie and Taylor are both to pig headed to sort things out.
The money would have been much better spent on signing Dylan Walker, seeing that Taylor said that we needed to boost our centres!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nope. Depends on the agreement with manly. If a club wants to get rid of someone, they'll usually pay a chunk of their cap to do so. E.g. We wouldn't pay any for taupau and manly is most likely paying most of ballins.
