McKinnon over Brown?

Can anyone explain why McKinnon is an automatic choice when fit and Brown gets dumped?

Am I missing something here? Brown = can cover more positions. Brown = very good in the semis last year. Brown = fitter.

I am seriously guessing that McKinnon must have been given an "assurance" he'd be in the 17 each week when he came across from the Warriors.

Hope we see Brown in #1 next week against the panthers. I won't hold my breath though :/

mackinnon nearly lost us the game with both knock on's.Brown>>>>wade mac

Do you really believe that?

He SAVED TWO TRIES with those plays.

I agree he is on his last legs but in both of those instances we needed someone to place themselves in immediate danger to stop the play and both times he did just that.

Reckon it was to clock up 150 games. The banner had been made. Now he doesn't have to play anymore games. Thanks Wade, you've been solid. Hope you kill it in the UK.
Bring on Brown.

I his defence, when he came on he was immediately sniffing around for offloads which didn't come. He was there to finish the Dragons off more than to provide steel at the back IMO. If the offloads had been coming I really think he would've bagged a try. Sheens was trying to use him in the same role he played for the Warriors in 2009.

All that being said he is still definitely past it.

Don't know if anyone noticed but with the second kick near the end MacKinnon was packed in at lock . How in the hell did he get to the ball that he DID NOT knock on .

Mckinnon can teleport on occasion. At the expense of his Hammies.

I loved the passion i saw in him despite taking it out on the touchie. I had heard that he has a temper, but that was the first time i'd seen it.

Just about every fullback in the comp would have knocked those kicks on at speed. Not sure how many would have just thrown their bodies in the way like McKinnon did. Brown can feel hard done by IMO. Either play McKinnon at fullback or not at all. I don't see the point in him sitting on the bench for 70 minutes when he's a specialist fullback.

This

but since he got his 150th game, will we see more of him?
