Member passes

I'm a little worried… There is only 4 business days left before the match against the sharks and I don't have my members pass. Anyone else concerned? What will happen if members don't receive the passes by match day???

This is the second year in a row i have been left wondering if I am going to get my pass before the first game . Considering that I paid in full for it december this is extremely disappointing .

I suggest that all members who are yet to receive their pass , give the club a call and ask where it is . I think it will only take a couple of thousand calls to make sure that next year passes are issued at least a fortnight in advance .

I'm hoping they have member lists at the gate…and planty of staff to handle it. My footy buddy will be away from rural home all week, so has to rely on friends express posting it to me when it arrives. NOT HAPPY

Is that today (monday, yesterday) or the day you rang (last wednesday) ?

Renewed my membership last October. Currently away in the Land of the Long White Cloud, arrive back in Sydney on Saturday night, so I won't be going home to the bush (where my membership card will hopefully be) before the game on Sunday. I made about 4 phone calls and sent 2 emails before I left and still have no idea how I'm going to get into the game. I know that our membership packages are quite complicated and must be a pain in the butt for the membership staff but it's just not good enough!! 5 months to get a bloody membership card which was a renewal of last years membership so should be for the same seat I had last year!! If any of you see an hysterical supporter screaming bloody murder at the gates on Sunday, it'll be me.

Asked the same question at camp concord last week when i renewed my membership, they told me they would have staff at the Mary street entrance to assist any people who dont have their cards yet. Good idea to bring along a copy of your receipt

Just ID will do it. Even when I forgot my Season Pass to a game last year they were able to sort me out just with photo ID for that game

Rang @ 10.00 this morning & have have not had a phone call from the Tigers office, I think i will be taking I.D with me on Sunday so i can get in.
