All Wests Tigers members who signed up prior to 12 noon on Thursday 23 February will receive their 2012 Member Cards this week.

**Please contact WT Membership department on (02) 8741-3300 if you do not receive your Member card by Thursday afternoon so alternate arrangements can be made for Round 1 ticketing**. If you are unsure when you signed up, your payment receipt will indicate the date and time of your Membership renewal and sign up.

Any WT members who have signed up since 12 noon Thursday 23 February and through this week will not have their Member card and Round 1 tickets sent prior to Sunday 4 March. These members can collect their Round 1 match tickets from the office here at Concord between 12 noon Tuesday and 12 noon Friday OR at the Mary Street entrance ticket collection box on Round 1 match day.

We advise anyone collecting their tickets on Sunday to arrive early as we are expecting a full house and all match day services will be stretched to capacity.

Wests Tigers ticket collection office hours this week:

Tuesday 9am - 6pm
Wednesday 9am - 7.30pm
Thursday 9am - 7.30pm
Friday 9am – 12 noon
 
Just a question has anybody received their cards as yet?? Because it doesn't look like it after reading these messages.

Still haven't got mine either and we are supposed to have record rain over the next two days hope the postie can get through 😛ray:
 
Guys, this happens every year and they either arrive the Wednesday or Thursday before the weekend of the first round.

To be honest, sending them out the week beforehand is just asking for trouble. On 3 occasions over the years I have failed to have mine before the start of the season, that is just not good enough. They take our money months ago, I should not have to show up at the first game worrying about whether my tickets will be correct. There has only been 1 year in my time has a member when there has not been a problem with my tickets. They place me in the wrong seats on 3 occasions (even though i'm a renewing member), fail to have them to me on time 3 times and one year they had my wife and I seated apart (they renewed her seats in someone elses group.

They are hopeless at this process and I have no expectation of receieving them before Friday.
 
Is it lack of resources in the Marketing Dept that causes these issues? Seems to be an ongoing issue and the one area where the club lets themselves down. Wouldn't see ManU caught in this situation…
 
I'm sure that we will have them before Friday. They usually leave these things until the last minute. Still it would be good to have them a week before the first game just in case there are issues with seat allocations.

Will see what happens, cutting it fine but either way I am going to the game Sunday, I will be there early and I am looking forward to it

A message from Brett Clarke, Wests Tigers General Manager Sales and Marketing.

'Thank you for your support of the Club in 2012 through your Membership. We now have 10,000 Members on board for 2012 and it is still growing- a fantastic result for Wests Tigers. I would like to thank all renewing members for your continued support and welcome all new members to our family.

Following on from recent communication regarding 2012 Membership cards and access to this Sunday’s game at Leichhardt Oval, I would like to further update you on the status.

For all Memberships purchased BEFORE 23rd February, your Member cards were despatched this week and will arrive this week ahead of the game at Leichhardt on Sunday. Our Membership team have been working very hard to ensure all Members who are waiting on their cards receive them this week. To ensure delivery of your cards, Member Kits and Member Cards will arrive separately.

If your card for some reason does not arrive by Friday, we will have a number of contingencies in place at the match to ensure you have access on Sunday.

Please contact Wests Tigers Membership department on (02) 8741-3300 if you do not receive your Member card by Friday so alternate arrangements can be made for Round 1 ticketing. If you are unsure when you signed up, your payment receipt will indicate the date and time of your Membership renewal and sign up.

We can guarantee that every Member with a Leichhardt Oval package will have access to the match either via their card or by an usher ticket. No Wests Tigers member will be denied access to the Match.

PLEASE NOTE: To ensure access this Sunday, ALL NEW MEMBERS MUST SIGN UP BY 5PM ON THURSDAY OR SIGN UP AT LEICHHARDT OVAL ON SUNDAY FROM 9AM. The membership box office is located at the Mary Street entrance to Leichhardt Oval.

To assist Members with enquiries or collections, we will open the Wests Tigers Membership office from 9am-5pm at Concord Oval on Saturday, then on Sunday at Leichhardt Oval from 9am. Gates Open 10.45am on Sunday. We advise anyone collecting their tickets on Sunday to arrive early as we are expecting a large crowd.

For memberships purchased AFTER 23rd February you will need to collect a paper ticket to gain access to this match. These tickets can be collected from Wests Tigers HQ at Concord Oval from today up until Saturday. We will be open late night to 7.30pm each night this week.
