Members kits 2011

hmmm, with the merchandise vouchers I purchased an Out of Towners membership package which from this link (http://www.weststigers.com.au/default.aspx?s=Members-display&id=30213" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false😉 definitely has 2 vouchers in it.
I only received one in my kit and the fold out insert saying what each package includes says there is only 1 voucher in an Out of Towners pack.
Feeling a little bit ripped off atm so have sent an email to the club to see what's happening.

On the up side it only took them a week and a half to send my kit out, I quite like the stuff in it and the orange is the perfect 'blaze orange' colour that's used as a safety colour when out bush.
 
I spoke to Megan, the Membership Manager, today who was quite nice, very apologetic and clearly very frustrated herself. She said that the courier company had ripped off around 85 of the membership packs that were sent out previously and that mine was one of them, Megan then said that they got a shipment of packs in today and that she would express post 3 to me this afternoon. She also said that I probably would receive the original order and should I receive them give them out to friends. For those of you still waiting I suggest you call tomorrow and speak to Megan.

Whats the phone number for the memberships as I bet one of mine is one of the packs that was "ripped off"
 
I tried to call today, was put thru and the phone rang out, Rang again, was put thru again, and eventually got a recorded message, left details to which no reply came. Rang again a few hours later only to be told the lady that rang me yesterday wasnt there and would get back to me tomorrow.
Im glad this isnt important.

T-D-C call the main number at Concord on 8741 3300 and ask to be put through to Megan in memberships, if they put you through to Mitch don't bother with him he never calls back - tell them that you're annoyed and frustrated and want to speak to the Manager, worked for me :smiley:
 
Finally got my members kit. Enough complaints and a package sent through Australia post got done in 4 days what the courier company couldn't do in 2 months. Good times had by all!!
 
this is a joke. no wonder why our membership numbers aren't as high as alot of other clubs.

When I pay my $380 membership, I pay it to see the Tigers playing in a good seat. I think its a bonus that they send me anything at all. If the kit was a higher quality with more modern logos etc, the price I pay would probably go over $400.

To each their own as they say but for me I'm more than grateful :smiley:

what do u mean more modern logos? i just want the full wests tigers logo (with the claws and the words 'wests tigers'. with out the proper logo it looks fake and cheap like something from best n less. last year was better because they had the full logo and then 'member 2010' underneath it!

Knuckles, I cant agree more… The kits are an exciting part of the year, but over the last 3 years I feel they have gone backwards each year. While caught up in the frustration of the Kit, you are 100% correct that our membership is purely a season ticket to watch the Tigers in a good seat and the FREE Members Hat, Scarf ect is a welcomed addition...

Has everyone got thier Season Tickets yet?
 
i bought my membership online in the early hours of this morning. i got the ultimate bronze membership - the 12 game general admission one. i better get everything before round 1
 
Finally got mine as well. Ended up getting them sent through via express post since I don't trust their couriers anymore.
 
Oh well…..summer has come and gone, and the three months since they first advised kits would be arriving sees me still empty handed. Wests Tigers - are you trying to outdo the Magpies who one year took seven months to get a badge to me? Youre well on your way, more than a dozen phone calls...never again.
